Who knows who will eat the overnight baked buns and the meat in the hand-picked rice bowl?

Pilaf and yogurt are good. The noodles mixed with cucumber and oily pork are delicious! The noodles are as good as those eaten locally in Xinjiang. The vegetables are made with good ingredients and fried just right. The slivers are chewy and chewy. The portion is a bit too small and you have to pay for extra noodles. The mutton kebabs were just so-so. The service attitude is very good, I will come again. Overall, it is a very good Xinjiang style restaurant?

The food was great and so was the environment. While the food at was tasty, our recent dining experience was marred by incorrect order and poor service. We ordered xiao long bao , house special stir fry noodle with chicken (the menu didn’t say what meat it was, so my husband specifically asked the waiteress what meat would it be and she said chicken )and a Mongolian beef with a side of rice.
Now my rice came first, and was sitting there getting cold for a while ….the Mongolian beef and dimsum followed a bit later, though the rice was cold.
Our requested , house special stir fry with chicken never showed up. After a long time, We were instead served beef laghmam and it came in so late , that I was done eating while my husband was waiting. We were already kind of frustrated at this point, as anyone would be but did our best to be positive.
We were disappointed to receive the wrong order but also it was cold. It seemed it was sitting for a while ,some where . It was just left/thrown at our table without anything said. We decided not to make a fuss.
Despite this, we were still asked for a tip. I was taken aback, as I believe tipping is a gesture of appreciation for good service, which we did not receive and we got a wrong order aswell.
Since the service was unsatisfactory, I felt it was inappropriate to tip, which I did but the waitress immediately asked if I was going to tip in cash. I was ,to be honest , very annoyed, and I usually do not turn waiters down when they ask for tip and to avoid causing a scene, I gave the her a $10 tip…..which I don’t think was deserved…
tipping is NOT OBLIGATED, it’s ONLY there IF THE SERVICE IS SATISFACTORY, at this point if it meets standards…….A good practice maybe would be to ask, if the service was good before asking for a tip.
We won’t be dining in again at this place, kind of sad since the food was great.

Atmosphere is great and air conditioning is great. They give you a free appetizer while waiting for your food. Food is Hala. The beef dumplings tasted like lamb, not a fan. The noodles were fresh and chewy--- best part of meal. Also, the passion fruit tea was one of the best I had, but a small glass compared to the price charged. Restaurant is very clean and has interesting artwork.

It's really not delicious. Those who say it's delicious should be lying, or they should go out to eat once a year. The price is almost as high as a meal at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Food: Costed 136 for two people. The food was not fresh and the eggplant skin tasted like plastic and was hard to chew. The lamb leg in the lamb leg rice was not fresh at all, but the hand-caught lamb was just fine. Siew mai is more average. It all tastes like pre-cooked food.
Service: Extremely poor. We entered the store before nine o'clock and they closed at half past nine. We were very cooperative at first and quickly ordered our meals. Within 10 minutes, a short waiter from Hunan came over and urged me to pay. Forget it, we understand that they are in a hurry to get off work and don't want to care about the customers. As a result, we had to pack the box as soon as we finished the order. Said it would close soon. We haven't even started eating yet. After giving us packing boxes, he came over to pay for us.
We spent 136 plus 20 tip, and they asked us to pay twice before eating for a few minutes, and kept coming to chase us away. Never been in such a bad restaurant. The service is bad and so is the taste. Bad ?

Food was good. Waitress pressured me for a tip even after we had left her a good tip. I don't think I want to go back after that.

Absolutely fantastic! The house special with hand-pulled noodles was amazing! I ordered not spicy and it was perfect. It had plenty of flavor. The noodles were so amazing. I liked the thin noodles the most. The lamb and onion samsas were delicious.
No idea how this place has any bad reviews. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. 10/10 stars. Highly recommend!
