I have been a repeat customer here for the past 2 months but I can't help but to notice that whenever I come here, both the female and male Hispanic managers are extremely rude to me whenever I come in. I am never spoken to while Instead they stare at me the entire time I'm there. It makes me extremely uncomfortable given that I observe that everyone else that comes through the door gets a greeting a smile regardless of a rush or not. Whenever I go the counter to place an order, I can visibly see them ignoring me as they cut side glances at me. This location makes me feel discriminated against and unwelcome. Today on the morning of 1/15/26 I visited and used EBT (which is what I use there often). The female Hispanic manager that I interacted with acted as if she didn’t know how to complete the transaction and alleged something was wrong with my card. After I told her I used it at the grocery store across the street with no issue, coincidentally it went through. Every time I tried to say something to her regarding my order, she would cut me off as if she didn’t want to deal with me. When trying to call back to give feedback and get names for proper reporting, I was hung up on multiple times, they would pick up and put the phone down while I tried to speak and they threatened to call the police for harassment. I have escalated this to corporate to raise awareness because this experiences I have here when I visit doesn't sit well with me. I feel targeted, discriminated and against. I will also be filling a discrimination complaint with the EEOC.

The inside smells like they clean the seats and floor with dirty water. The bathroom smells horrid. Customers who were inside harassed me before I could order.

Nothing is more annoying when using the bathroom and staff comes in with the excuse of not cleaning the bathroom but changing the trash bag and blasting her Mexican music while doing it while she stands there watching and waiting for me to get out of the stall. This is harassment!!! A paid customer can't use a bathroom without the disturbance of staff and the manager doesn't care!
