Food used to be better. Service is minimal. There's always a worker cleaning hoods next to diners, which is a turn off. Not sure if I'll be eating chemicals sprayed next to me.

We had the Spicy Blue Crab Stew and Seng Bulgogi. Our waiter cooked the Seng Bulgogi right at our table. Don’t miss out on wrapping the bulgogi in rice paper or pickled radish—it adds an extra layer of deliciousness. The portions are generous, and the banchans are amazing!

The owner changed, the service was very unfriendly, and the quality of the food was so low that I wouldn't go forward. This is the first time I've ever experienced a service that treats guests rudely while trying to make reservations over the phone. The food is not as good as before and the service is almost the worst. If I did business like this in Korea, it would have gone bankrupt quickly, but it's amazing that I'm still in business. If you don't manage your boss, managers, and employees well, rumors will spread quickly, so please manage them. There are many places that taste better and have better service than here, but I don't think I'll ever go there again.
Bad Customer Service. When called in to make a reservation, the staff was extremely rude so we had to find somewhere else. There are much better alternative Korean Grills out in Rowland Heights and Diamond Bar area. After the owner change, all quality has gone from bad to worse. Meat quality, the food taste, the service from the staff are all below par. Thinking what you are paying for at Ong Ga Nae, everything you receive is bad. I used to be a loyal customer of OGN but not anymore. There are so many better places around for Korean barbeque rather than paying 100 dollars+ per person. They need some kind of service etiquette education.

Best Korean food in town. Great service. And owner is really really nice too. My 10 year old daughter enjoys going to this restaurant also.
