I drove 20mins from Pomona to come check out this quickly, I used to go to the one in Chinatown when I was out there….my expectations were exceeded. The customer service was quick and it’s just as good as I remember. I got a rose tea and fried combination …labubu not included lol

Very good prices, boba is fresh, and drinks are great (not too sweet either). Reminds me of the old school boba days. We love this place!

Damn, that popcorn chicken is as good as anyplace in Taiwan. Feel free to ask for extra seasoning to suit your style! Fishcake and fried tofu is worth it too.

If you’re there for a meal, you should probably order a variety of ‘sides’ to try out instead of picking just one rice or noodle dish.

There are tons of places to get popcorn chicken in LA, but this spot is on a whole different level.

One bite in and you’ll get it — this isn’t just fried chicken. It’s next-level crispy, like it shatters in your mouth, but somehow not greasy at all.

The pieces are big, juicy, with just the right amount of char on the edges. And the flavor? Think white pepper, crispy basil, and that familiar night market vibe — only cleaner, bolder, and way more addictive.

Their employees are very rude and nasty. My previous order from this restaurant was not usable at all.

I was craving a hot taro drink and honestly it tastes like sink water and the heavyset man who took my order looks like he’s done with his life.

Came here 10 years ago…. Return to my home town for one week and still tastes amazing!!! Need to give more though for calamari rings… West Covina one gives a lot for the snacks

The popcorn chicken and fried tofu here are truly fantastic. There really is no one who hasn't tried it... It's a franchise that my husband has loved since he was in elementary school. I tried it once and fell in love with it. I'm only going to this point, but they seem to be using softer tofu these days, so it's really moist on the inside and super crispy on the outside. together
The fried Thai basil was delicious too, so it's a shame it's gone. It's 11pm now and I suddenly remembered it so I came here to write a review haha ​​I guess I'll have to go soon..

+Wow!! I went there a few days after I wrote a review saying I wanted to eat it, but Thai basil is back!! As expected, it’s crunchy, spicy, and fragrant!! Be sure to try the fried tofu. I forgot to take a picture of the drink... My husband and I ate it instead for dinner since we were both full. Good~~!!

Authentic Taiwanese street food and drink, prices are unbeatable here! Recommended.

This is a veteran milk tea shop that developed Taiwan's milk tea culture. I think it is excellent.
