The take out for stinky tofu and other Taiwanese delight may not seem like a good idea. But there are worth it even the Taiwanese shaved ice. They are so good! Their online app is excellent, but you need to pay cash to pickup. All worth it!

No clue the relationship between Simbala in Rowland Heights and Sinbala in Arcadia. Simbala's food is not quiet my cup of tea. Owner is very surprised that we have so many food left. She sincerely likes to know why we barely touched a bowl of noodle. One of reasons we ordered way too much. Service we experienced is excellent. Owner cares about customers. Plan to try their shave ice next time.
