Also banchan was fire. Kimchi is on point for us. 2 other ones as well. Some kind of slightly spicy/sweet scallions and I think radish kimchi both were yum as well. We're definitely gonna get it hotter next time. We only got medium?!

Not going to lie, I've only ever ordered one thing the many times I've been here: the galbi jjim. I'm sure they have other delicious things on the menu, but the galbi jjim is the main and only reason I visit. It's so iconic and must try. The meat is perfectly braised and so tender, it's spicy, the potatoes and rice cakes are soft and chewy. The only negative thing I'll say is adding the cheese is ridiculously pricey. At the time of my last visit, the melted cheese add-on was $8! Anyway, highly recommend this place. Parking is awful here, the spaces are pretty small and drivers could care less about other drivers, so just be aware of that.

Been here on Tuesday its not busy as it look. Lucky for me there is no wait at that time so i get straight in. Parking kinda hard to find cuz it LA. The food is great and the host is really friendly same as our server Luna. Will come back

Sun Nong Dan is exceptional. While the ox tail soup started off a bit bland, you have the option to enhance it with pickled onion, salt/pepper, and kimchi. Their side kimchi dishes are incredibly fresh and delicious. In fact, I would revisit Sun Nong Dan solely for their outstanding kimchi--it's truly the freshest I've ever had. The soup also came with rice, making it a complete and satisfying meal. I even had to-go leftovers for the next day, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience. The wait at Sun Nong Dan is consistently long due to the crowded ambiance, but rest assured, the food is definitely worth the wait.

Omg I'm coming back. The soups were REALLY good and they weren't salty. I think some may be on the sweeter side but very good. Please get the galbijeem with the ox tail because it is sooo tender and flavorful. Would recommend with large parties since they give big portions! I admire the vintage korean styled design and service was fairly fast. Would recommend !

I saw many people recommending this Korean restaurant in Taiwan. We chose a restaurant closer to the B&B. There were Chinese characters on the menu, but the service staff helped us decide on our dishes. He recommended a few items in the store. We ordered all the dishes as ordered. We only had to decide the portion size and spiciness. The most famous one was probably the braised beef ribs. The service staff would bring a spray gun to the table and grill the cheese sprinkled on the surface. This pot costs more than NT$3,000. Yuan, but the portion was so big that we couldn’t finish it right away, so we ate two more meals after takeout. In addition to this, the dishes also included beef bone soup and dried cabbage soup. The dried cabbage soup didn’t look good, but in fact It’s surprisingly delicious. All meals come with rice (optional white rice or black rice) and three side dishes. All in all, it’s a satisfying meal.
