Ordered a seasalt foam green tea. I asked the lady to put no ice but still got entire 1/2 cup of ice. She said the owner made it a rule you can't have no ice. The tea taste like sugar & water, no tea taste at all. Other tea houses will allow no ice as an option and give you same amount. I would go back to Alittle Tea a block away which is $5 (most flavors large cup) including 4 toppings of your choice and yes you can ask for no ice and they fill up to the rim.

I love sunmerry bolo bread because it's so soft and good. But their cakes are not good. I have tried several flavors, and the cake itself is dry, super sweet, and the cream is not your typical light or fluffy. I took a bite and I couldn't finish the rest, which was a shame because it looked so delicious. My friend loved the tiramisu, but I thought the serving was too tiny. I'm still coming back but just for their bolo bread đ.( Drinks were not from sunmerry )

Worst customer service ever. I bought four boxes of Hokkaido cream cake (4 pieces in each box). The woman at the counter packed all four boxes into one small bag, which was too full and difficult to carry. I politely asked for two more bags, but she refused. I spent $40 and even gave $2 tip, yet she still refused to give me extra bags. Thatâs just ridiculous.

Today (9/26 8:10am) I took my daughter to buy rainbow cake. I just told my daughter not to buy too much, because Iâm afraid it will spoil if I donât finish it at home. After all, the price is not cheap. However, a female cashier who was about 40-50 years old and spoke Chinese actually yelled at me, saying that the cake was so expensive. Frankly speaking, this slice of cake was really not worth the price, but I just told my daughter not to buy too much and didn't talk to the cashier at all.
Unexpectedly, the cashier had a very bad attitude and looked down on people, as if he thought others couldn't afford cakes. I educated my children, only to be âeducatedâ by the store clerk. This attitude made me completely disappointed with this store. I used to come here to buy bread every day. I was actually scolded by your store clerk today. I am educating my children myself. What does it have to do with you? Will never patronize this store again. The boss has hired such a low-quality employee who takes the initiative to quarrel with customers, which is simply a discredit to this store. I hurriedly sent my child to school without quarreling with her, and she kept talking about me.

I was simply telling her not to buy too many slices, as I was worried we wouldn't finish them at home and they might go bad, especially given the high price. To be honest, the cake is indeed overpriced, but I wasn't 't trying to make a pointâI was just talking to my daughter, not to the cashier.
The cashier's attitude was extremely poor, looking down on us as if we couldn't afford the cake. I was just teaching my child, and then I ended up being "taught" by the staff. I am deeply disappointed in this store, especially since I used to come here daily to buy bread. Today, I was actually scolded by your staff. How I educate my child is none of your business. I will never return to this store again. The boss hiring such a low-quality employee who actively picks fights with customers is really tarnishing the store's reputation. I was in a hurry to take my child to school, so I didn't argue with her at all, but she kept on criticizing me.

I was there this morning. I picked up a tray and serving tong. The staff literally told me that: â there is no need to use a tong. They have plastic bag wrapped. You can just use your hand.â All the bakery has tray and tong served. Right? I already have it on my hand. Why not? Then, I put the tong back as she wanted. Then, I ordered a hot coffee. I asked if there is any creamer. She said no. A bakery selling coffee, but no creamer or sugar for the customer? I canât believe she told me that! Unbelievable unprofessional customer service!

If have minus 5 stars I will give them. I ordered a brown sugar boba this morning. I said Can you make it hot? A nice employee did for me .But the lady manager said âHey! We make it for you because we arenât busy! â Standing there is like a grandma with bad attitude! Itâs seems to I should appreciated them much! âWe donât have enough employees. We only have cold drinks expect coffee. â Who drink coffee whole day ? and who drink cold drink in the winter morning? That is very bad service I ever seen!!
