I have bought it many times, but on the afternoon of February 14th, I bought two cups of milk tea. The order number was 3. Both cups of milk tea were sour and they were all poured out. Please pay attention to quality control.

The drink was very watered down. So I couldn't really enjoy the drink. The cashier seemed very stressed. I don't hold it against her, though. She was alone and had a long line.the restaurant was clean, but in the place where they held desserts, it had no desserts but had a bunch of paper rolls for their receipts. Just looked very unprofessional.

I will never come back to this place. Ordered two drinks with one drink finished and sitting on the counter right from the beginning I walked in and the other one waiting forever to make. Asked a couple times and the servers ignored me and finally gave me the drinks when two parties behind me had gotten their drinks and gone. The ice melted all the way in one of the drinks when I finally got them. I would give a zero if it allows.
The workers here seem fed up and bored. They are not too friendly but the drinks at this place are so good. The tiramisu foam is amazing. I genuinely love it but they are a bit far from me so I don’t come often. Recently I’ve been here twice, a couple weeks apart but they were closed. It’s very frustrating when online it says they close at 9:30 but when I actually get here, they aren’t even open. The first time there was a note that said something like there were technical difficulties so they were closed and this second time there was no note. They were closed on a regular day about an hour and 15 mins early but no indication of that online.
