They are always packing things up hours before they close, today they have no tea already and it's only 8 they are supposed to be open until 10... This is at least the 3rd time we've experienced that.

Went to get a double char Burger with jalapenos guacamole and jalapenos. After I paid I went to upgrade to frys and a drink. the so-called manager who looks like a character from a 1980s TV show told me he couldn't upgrade my order because it's already in the system, I know he could have done and instead of going off and letting him have it I declined the offer. Dude had nerve to tell me sorry after. I said nah homie u ain't sorry.
After giving me my order to go with no napkins I took a look at my burger and it was missing the bacon.

Habit makes good tasting burgers for a premium price tag. Unfortunately, this location is a dishonest business. I was served a burger that saw sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes. I asked for another, hot burger to be made. Pretty sure I was served the same burger on a hot bun because the patties were not hot. In-n-out burgers are smaller but at least I always get honest service and a hot burger.

Stay away! Have always liked the habit but apparently substituting mayo for thousand island on the burger warrants a $1.00 up charge! I could MAYBE understand if it was a reasonable price, but for $1.00 I could almost buy an entire bottle!
