I love Habit burger and came here to redeem my birthday burger! The burger came out quick and the fries and onion rings are piping hot. Very crunchy and tasty! Great burgers and quick service!

Last night I went to pick an order for Uber Eats. When I arrived the food wasn't ready. I observed milk already sitting out. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes for the order to be done. And notice they used the last of the milk sitting out was used for my customers chocolate milk. Since the last of the milk had been sitting out even before I got there I asked for them to make a new one because I didn't feel it was safe considering I still had to drive a drop it off. They refused so I didn't take the order in fear that that I would get blamed for it sense I had to sit there for a while

Normally we love eating at habit as a family, however, over the past year their burgers have gotten smaller and the price has increased dramatically, I get it with the state of the economy, however, at this point it does not make sense to continue going there for our dining purposes , we will go next door to Jersey Mike's where their sub sizes have not changed.

Had the veggie burger with cheese. Wasn't bad. I had a voucher for a free one, and the manager abruptly told me "no" that I couldn't order that. I had to show him the options on my voucher for him to realize the veggie burger was indeed an option.

This location has taken a HUGE downturn recently. The past few times I’ve come a manager named Marvin has been working and he gives terrible customer service. On the first occasion, he charged us an extra salad. Instead of giving us a refund like I asked, he asked if he could give us 2 vouchers for a free charburger instead. I said okay since we come all the time. The next time I came, a customer was yelling at Marvin because they messed up their order. Now today, I come back to use one of the vouchers and experienced problems. First, he doesn’t acknowledge me when I told him I wanted to use my voucher and then gives me attitude when I repeat myself. Then when I scan the voucher he tells me it’s already been used. I tell him it hasn’t because I have not ordered a charburger since I got the voucher. At first he didn’t want to honor it, even though he was the one who convinced me to take it instead of a refund like I wanted to. After I started complaining about it he begrudgingly honored the voucher. While we were being helped someone was complaining about not receiving something in their order. I did not hear what transpired with that customer, but evidentially Marvin did not want to provide any service recovery for the mistake because the guy threw his drink at Marvin. None of the employees bothered to try to clean up the drink, even though liquid was spilled in the dining area. Finally, Marvin almost gave me the wrong order! If I hadn’t checked, I would’ve been even further inconvenienced. Definitely not going to be coming back to this location. I’m not saying Marvin is the cause of all the bad service, but all 3 incidents outlined above were under Marvin’s supervision. So maybe there is a connection after all.

We were here yesterday, 17 September 2023, and I gave Habit personnel a negative report amidst a 4-star food review. I hate to do that because I like their food and wouldn't want them to close. They're my favorite under-$10 burger. Ai, I called them (Artificial Indifference). But... what a difference 24-hours makes! It's National Hamburger Day and my wife wanted HabitBurgers with fries, Tempura Green Beans, and Onion Rings. Food is very tasty as always. But a whole different crew. Smiles. Thank you. You're welcome. Etc. I always say, "the crew takes on the personality of the management." If he is unfriendly, they, too, act unfriendly. So who is responsible for allowing the furniture to get this way? Especially the most favorable seating positions ‼!!! Fix it and I might even give you guys a 5-star review.
