On February 24th, I ordered 4 cups of boba milk tea from Tiger Sugar Rowland Heights. They made me 4 cups of boba milk no tea at all, then I went back, they said there was tea on it, but when I drank it, there was no tea flavor in it. They refused to exchange it for me. Very poor service. i was call for next day to complain but the phone number on google no service, cant't call

The store was unexpectedly closed, but the offer was still available on Too Good To Go. I only found the notice when I arrived at the store, which resulted in a wasted trip.

Their boba is even better than before, perfect texture and taste! Watch out for their high sweetness level. I love sweets, but even with their 50% sugar level boba drinks it was still a bit too sweet. Make sure you shake the boba drinks very well prior to taking a drink or you might choke on the sweet syrup. Service is fair and could be friendlier to up the entire boba in-store experience. Ambiance is decent with just a few seating spaces available.

Tiger sugar used to be so good back in 2020, but has gone downhill ever since. There use to be lines out the door and now that does not exist! There boba used to have flavor and now it just taste like water and milk. no good! Tiger Sugar, please go back to the old recipe

Used to be great. Since more boba shops opened the quality of the drinks at this location got worse. You can taste they use old boba. It’s also a B grade here now.
The service was amazing, always making sure that the drink I got was perfect or he'd offer to re-do it which goes to show how much they care about their product. Staff was super friendly and the good amazing

Unparalleled service. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The owner suggested the brown sugar boba with tea after we were being indecisive. He then made it quickly and it was so delicious. The boba is perfectly soft and chewy.
