Boba was soggy, overcooked, and bland. Slow service. I only had one drink, but the cashier took 6 people's orders with multiple drinks after me, and made everyone's drinks at the same time instead of just making my 1 drink first. Other people had more than 1 drink.

The drink itself was good was disappointed with the boba though. We visited because of all the hype on Ig but in my opinion I've had better.

If you have questions, be ready to drive to location and ask them because they can't answer their phones.

I came here with a friend because we saw the trending "Jumbo Boba" on instagram. Little did we find out that this "Jumbo Boba" is actually coffee grass jelly, NO boba in it. We replaced the Brown Sugar Milk Drink with Cream with it and I wish it was with boba!! The drink tasted mostly like milk. They gave us maybe 6 "jumbo boba" in one drink. Not impressed. You can't even drink it through a straw. Won't be coming back.

I went there to purchase a gift card for a friend who turned me on to this place . There were no advertisements to say they did or didn't and when I asked the CASHIER she didn't know . She did call a big dude out from the back and he knew how. Got a gift card emailed to me and I put it in my own Christmas card. ? I was very surprised that they didn't have squat on the counter about any thing like that ! They could have made more sales !

I've been to Tiger Sugar a few times in the past... This time I wanted to try the jumbo boba they had been going viral for. It's definitely an experience! I liked it but I can't say I loved it... Mostly because it was made of green grass jelly. I will say that the service is exceptional and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get my drink. Since there is no where to really sit, expect this to be a grab-and-go vibe.

Boba tea with cream, #1 on menu is good. Boba is chewy and drink is flavorful. Pricey but worth it. Service is good and store was empty when I went. Small store, feel cramp.

I've had Tiger sugar before but came this time to try the new Jumbo Boba specifically. I was rather disappointed to find out that it was just some kind of coffee jelly thats shaped into a ball. It has a grass jelly type texture. I was not a very big fan of it. I would not recommend. This location was out of a lot of their toppings and signature items. Rather disappointing. I do not mind if the inside does not provide seating.Waiting time for my drink to be ready was rather quick, so that's also what contributed to the overall 2/5 star rating. The staff working did not seem very happy to be there, so I would assume this is due to bad management or underpayment rather than the staff personally trying to make themselves look miserable.I attached a photo of a regular boba drink on the left and the Jumbo Boba drink on the right for comparison.

I've been here a couple of times when they first opened up and just recently came back when I heard about their collaboration with Hello Kitty. The little girl in me could not resist and knew that I had to find a way to get my hands on their cupholders. Four hours into the opening day, the majority of the cupholders and plushies were already sold out. They still had the brown colored bow cupholder when it was my time to order. Since I've been here a couple times, their boba has always been generally pretty solid, perfectly chewy and bouncy. Maybe because it was the Hello Kitty collab and there was just so much demand, but the boba texture was definitely disappointing. It felt like it needed to be cooked more or simmered a bit longer before it was served. I did get to try their Hello Kitty drink which was essentially a strawberry milk with boba drink and it was pretty tasty but definitely for those with sweet tooths. I did like how they added dried strawberries on top.Parking was a little challenging at the time because they only have a couple of spots in their lot. Although Walgreens is right next to it, they have a sign that says the parking spaces are specifically for Walgreens customers. I did find that there was another parking lot next to it that didn't seem to have those enforcements. You can also park on the huge lot on Batson Ave. and Colima Rd. and just walk over to Tiger Sugar, which is what we did.

My boyfriend and I ordered the large strawberry green tea with boba and the brown sugar boba with cream. I was disappointed already because I went here just for the fact that they had cheese foam on the menu. When we got there, multiple toppings or menu items were unavailable. My drink had mushy boba and the green tea was very bitter tasting. My boyfriend’s drink was extremely sweet and the boba tasted burnt.

The first time I had tiger sugar I thought it was just ok another brown sugar boba milk drink but tonight when I got the brown sugar with pearl (mini boba) milk it was delicious! The pearl were soft and a bit chewy perfect texture the drink was creamy with the brown sugar caramelized taste, it just hit the spot. They were supposed to be closing when we got there tonight but they were nice enough to take our order so thank you for working on a holiday and made that delicious drink.

Definitely a well-known boba shop for its brown sugar boba milk tea. Great flavors but not sure if I would visit too often.2.5/5Food: I got their famous brown sugar boba milk tea, which was packing with the sweet brown sugar flavor. It was a great drink, and I enjoyed every gulp. But, I don't think there was anything too special about the drink itself, especially because there are so many shops that serve this drink.Service: Usually a couple minute wait with a line. Once you order though, it comes out quite fast.Ambiance: When I went there was no seating available.

Finally got to try this boba shop! We've been driving past it and always wanted to stop by, but keep forgetting to or went to a different boba place. We ordered the black sugar boba & pudding milk and black sugar boba & mochi milk. Both drinks were really tasty and bobas were on point, not super chewy or hard. The pudding and mochi were also good. It wasn't too sweet even with the recommended 75% sugar level. The drinks had cute Hello Kitty seal on top. Don't forget to shake your drinks before drinking it. No self-checkout kiosks, but very quick service which was great. It's a small lil shop with a few tables to eat outside. They're located next to Walgreens off Fullerton Rd. and Colima Rd. Parking is hard to find so we just parked near Walgreens and walked there.
