We are out-of-state visitors. We came here two years ago and the food was great, 4.5 stars. This time, we arrive at around 7 p.m. and the parking lot was almost empty. I hesitated to enter but friends were hungry. Food quality was ok at best. We were the one and only table. My wife told me the sea cucumbers tasted fishy. The salt baked chicken, one of their crown jewels, was very salty and overcooked. One of our dishes missed a main ingredient. The waitress did a very thorough examination in front of us. She acknowledged our claim and went to the kitchen. She brought back the ingredient and add it back to our dish. We ordered 4 bowls of rice and was charged for $8 dollars for that.
Service in general was slow.Food is what you would expect from your other Chinese diners but the price is overpriced for how small their portion was.If not for the one older waiter holding down the fort, I feel the service would be even worseEDIT: 11/11/2021 - The food was better than my first experience with the location. The pricing though I still too high in my opinion for what you are getting. Can't really comment on the customer service, as COVID really reduced the amount of patrons all restaurants are receiving. Overall I increased my rating from 2* to 3* cause the experience was better than the first time.
Good Cantonese food

The environment in this resturaunt is great and their food is really good. The waiting time in this resturaunt is close to nothing. Great resturaunt!
Hey Victory Cafe!! Not that you're aware, but someone (maybe a regular that you'd recognize) ordered food from your place on the 26th Dec. from Door Dash for $153.27 on MY EDD card !! my unemployment card that I use to buy groceries with and try to pay whatever bills $200/wk will pay in CA until it exhausts itself and I have nowhere else to turn to since this is my THIRD (3) time I've been laid off due to covid-19 !! I hope they feel proud to have fed themselves $150 in food while I struggle in the next few weeks trying to pay my bills since unemployment hasn't been extended. I've not been to a restaurant in two years. Meanwhile, Door Dash is doing well, the restaurant made some money, the crook and his crew are fed, and until late tonight and early tomorrow I'll be fixing this mess. All on the day after Christmas. And if it's the person who tried to get my info on the day BEFORE Christmas via Craigslist Ad, what would your mother think...?
Food is delicious as usual , and more importantly the outdoor dining area is spacious and away from the busy street. The covered outdoor dining ambient is very comfortable and relaxing.
It's a good place, delicious food.

We had a fantastic at this place. We liked the amazing environment and the menu. The staff were super welcoming. I am happy we ultimately decided to visit this restaurant.
Open for dine in and good food
Been here a few times for takeout since March for HK style food and great deals for takeout like half a chicken get half free. very convenient for call ahead and just drop by to pay and pick up your food.
Great food. Comfortable seating.
Great food at reasonable prices. We ordered the walnut shrimp, sweet and sour pork, and French style fillet. All of the food was delicious and the portion were large.
