I've gone here multiple times and each time it's okay if you get the regular cooked donuts. They seem fresh enough. But the last three times I've gone to get the donuts on the top or any of their muffins. They're super stale. this Last time I purchased They were really hard and stale. I spent $8 and some change on three donuts from the top shelf. Excited to eat one of our donuts late night snack. They turned out to be really hard so I went in to return them the next day. Politely told the lady and showed her the issue. She looked at me like she didn't understand English. My Spanish is bad but I was able to say what I needed to in Spanish. She told me no they were fine. I showed her how hard and stale they were she looked at me like she was annoyed and offered me a refund or more donuts. I just told her for the refund. But the entire time I was there the lady and her other coworker female were just giving me dirty looks as I needed to wash my hands because I touched the donuts to show her how stale they were. I asked to use the restroom to rinse my hands. They refuse service. I felt like they were racist like I was not Mexican enough for them. They told me no service for the restroom. I didn't understand why they couldn't just give good customer service, regardless of getting the refund. It was the fact that I got the dirty looks and was refused service on the way out. Since I didn't get to use the restroom to wash my hands. I asked for a napkin with water on it. She handed it to me with attitude and said yeah or something like that. I grabbed it and I told her not to speak to me that way. They said something in Spanish rude and I just left. I will not be going back to this one. Then which is a shame because this is my local donut shop. I mean I guess I can just go to Krispy Kreme. Their loss on a customer.

Came in today at 11:45. The women who helped me were very nice. One of them was new but still did a great job you should give her a raise. Like $55 is good.

JAQUELINNE T was the worst cashier.
Our first visit to this location was extremely disappointing. I brought my child in for a simple glazed doughnut and ordered a doughnut hole for myself, which turned out to be very stale. I politely asked if I could exchange it for a regular glazed doughnut and was willing to pay the difference. The cashier, Jaquelinne T, refused and responded very rudely.
When I asked to speak with a manager, she ignored me multiple times--at least ten--and eventually called someone, though it was unclear who. I again requested a manager, and she firmly said no, repeating the same response. I asked why she was being so unkind, explaining that I didn't want to give my child something that tasted bad. She offered no response.
I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I will not be returning to this location.

They must be under new management! Everything is so clean & spotless, unlike before the glass was always dirty & had ants! Now it's like a whole different place! Beautiful & clean! I now can go get our donuts as we'd like to without hesitation!! Good job Winchell's!!
Parking: Plenty of fresh Donuts!! Warm & ready!! I got the Pineapple upside down cupcake 🧁 & a Bagel with cream cheese toasted! Can't wait to eat it shortly ☺️

Today, Monday, December 9, I arrived to buy donuts in a bit of a hurry. And there were two people, one doing begos and the other in front. The truth is, I was calm and I was. I felt like a fool because the woman never said hello, passed by twice, never said, wait, I'll take care of her now. I had to say in a good way that I was in a bit of a hurry and the truth is, she told me with a bad attitude that I had to wait, but the girl who was there In the begos he treated me to what boy if you don't feel like working it's better not to show up and it turns out that the woman is in charge how can you be in charge of the business with that attitude but I didn't feel like it and I told her on the phone about her bad pity attitude I don't know the name, terrible service, you have to be kinder.

If you're hungry late at night, run over here to get some delicious donuts and drinks. Because it is open 24 hours a day, many people keep coming and going. Even if the staff is not so friendly, if you ask for a request. listen There was a time when I ran all the way here because I wanted to eat donuts late at night. This kind of business must continue to do well. I wish there were more 24-hour businesses like 7-Eleven.

I picked the wrong Donuts assortment. I should have stuck with the ones I have had before. The new ones for me that I tried were heavy with sugar. Definitely need plain coffee with those.

I was never a big fan of winchell's for years. UNTIL! recently a coworker brought winchell's coffee and donuts mixed in with plain croissants and croissants with ham and cheese. Now where do I start. I thought I made good coffee. This coffee was not too strong or weak but some how it gave me a push in a good way. I like my coffee strong. But this coffee was just right. I usually buy my croissant with ham and cheese at a small donut shop near my home. But I tried one from Winchell' with real American cheese and ham not injected with a cheese filler. The croissant was crispy, soft and with great flavor to boot. I sound silly but I'm telling you. I'm a fan now. Winchell's is not your ordinary typical donut shop. They have a large variety of items from bagel breakfast sandwiches to tortas. I tried the carne asada torta. Delicious well made. The staff very friendly, especially that early in the morning. This location is open 24 hrs. This will be my go to spot b4 work in the Morning.

This place was one of my favorites to drink coffee and eat donuts but unfortunately the change of staff turned out to be fatal. The attention I received is unpleasant and the very despotic people don't like their work. You place your order and they charge you and they don't give you what You ask for very poor quality, I will not return to this place again.
