December 30th I ordered a boba from OTO Tea online. When I arrived to the shop I went inside to pick up my drink. I saw what I assumed was my order, but I didn't want to assume. So, I walked to the counter to let the young man know that I was there to pick up my order. He didn't say a word and just pointed to where my drink was placed. I thought that it was rude to not say anything at all to me and just point. So, I picked up my drink and then asked for a bag. The young man, again, was rude and shake his head, I could not have a bag. Nothing was wrong with the drink, I was concerned with the poor service that I received！

I just went to pick up my order, and a store clerk told me four cups of mandarin oranges in her native dialect. I couldn’t understand it at first, but then she spoke in Mandarin. When I was asked to check, I was told that it was Panda Delivery, but I couldn’t see the details. We had to check the last four digits of the order number. (If he made the wrong drink, would I know?) He started to be aggressive with me, so aggressive that when I wanted to record him, he hid in the kitchen. I hope this owner is doing it for the sake of his image! Don't let people like this ruin the store's image. Their attitude is really bad, especially when she looks down on the delivery staff! He makes others feel bad, but what about himself? Why should it be so? She also scolded me, "You're just a food delivery person..." She was the one who should have complained first that night... and asked Panda to ban my account! This place look exactly like original Yi Fang Tea, the decor, menu, etc. Furthermore, we found the machines are still labeled with original Yi Fang Tea, how can you using old machine but with different brand name? Plus the service is very slow compared with original Yi Fang Tea. Not recommended.

RIP to the original Yi Fang Tea. This location has been rebranded to OTO Tea. Same menu and decor just a new name! They’re essentially charging you for the same drink but now serving them in smaller cups and with worse ingredients. What a bummer! Would not recommend!

So creamy and good!I got the kids size crème brûlée boba and it was the perfect size. I recommend it for those who are looking for a drink similar to a grande size at starbucks. The drink was creamy, sweet (but not too sweet), and packed with boba. Absolutely loved it!
