I’ve bought takeout from this restaurant twice, and both times, the half roast duck they provided was about 70% duck neck and bones with hardly any meat. Yet, they still charge around $18 for half a duck. This way of doing business is outright deceiving customers.
On top of that, the staff’s attitude is impatient and unfriendly. I won’t be coming back!
I smaller the restaurant in the strip mall next to a large Asian supermarket. Wonderful food, a true hong kongnes style restaurant
I used to go to this restaurant occasionally. I decided to cross out this restaurant from my dining list. Their food is average. Their service is below average. The worse part: they are dishonest in charging me. This happened too many times.
The best in town
Some workers are very rude. Don’t know what they are doing. Food taste not good enough.
We ordered wonton noodles soup, beef chow fun both dishes were totally tasteless. We also ordered clay pot tofu with salty fish, it was so salty and burned. Not much a service from the server.
The aunt at the front desk has a very bad attitude. I will never go there again.

Im not sure why this place has a weird rating, I ordered uber eats and was so good I decided to visit the restaurant- very clean and the owner was very friendly to get me what I wanted.
I have not had a bad dish here, price is good and the food is good quality and most of all tasty! especially the bbq duck and the fillet mignon with mushroom, oh and their cold lemon tea is great!

The service attitude of the aunt at the front desk was very poor. I called to order take-out. I went to pick up the items and ignored her. We asked several times for this take-out to be ours. Don't pay attention. I couldn't help but yell at her.
She actually said I had a part-time job. Why are you so angry? We were speechless.
As a person in the catering service industry...customers come first when asking questions of you, do you want to answer them politely? One of the worst restaurants in Rowland Heights.

***Food Poisoning Alert***
We visited the restaurant on a Sunday night and ordered a set of rice dishes, fish-flavored eggplant stew, fried Taishan cauliflower with bacon, and salt-and-pepper chicken wings. And we got the free Kyoto cutlet for spending over $50. By midnight, both my husband and I started feeling nauseous and experiencing severe stomach aches. We couldn't sleep all night and had to call in sick for work. I vomited twice and still felt terrible. I've had food poisoning before, but this was by far the worst case I've experienced. I think it's the Kyoto cutlet causing the issue, because my mom didn't eat it (luckily), and she didn' t get sick.
I noticed a group of four people also ordered the same dish that day, and I hope they are okay. It seems the meat was expired, and they tried to cover it up with extra thick sauce and frying. This is extremely dangerous and could potentially be fatal.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place for your safety.
***Food Poisoning Warning***
We went to this restaurant on a Sunday night and ordered a set of rice dishes, fish-flavored eggplant pot, stir-fried Taishan cauliflower with bacon and salt and pepper chicken wings. Because we spent over $50, we got free Kyoto steak instead. By midnight, my husband and I started feeling sick and experiencing severe stomach pains. We couldn't sleep all night and had to call in sick. I threw up twice and still felt terrible. I've had food poisoning before, but this was the worst I've ever had. We thought there was something wrong with the Kyoto cutlet because my mother happened to not eat this dish and she was not poisoned (luckily she escaped).
I noticed that there was a group of four people that day who also ordered the same dish, hope they are okay. It felt like this restaurant used expired meat and tried to cover it up with heavy sauces and deep frying. Doing so is very dangerous and can be fatal.
For everyone's safety, I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
