This is comment is only for McDonald, please to update the time on front door posters and online it says dining in close at 11 pm but it’s always closed by 9:30pm. You are such a big company so at least keep the track of little things that cause customer inconvenience.

Everything we go there the playplace is ALWAYS closed. I don't know if they do it on purpose so they don't have to clean. That's why the playplace so there so the kids can play. So sad!!!!

Food was hot, ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. 🍟 My sandwich was a little dry because it didn't have any thing but a few pickles on it, no manasise, lettuce or tomato. Got a strawberry shake 👍
Literally gave me the wrong food and then I called was told new ownership can’t give me food in a different day to come back and get what should have been my correct order… Ridiculous - poor food poor service

If it’s one thing going to this mcdonald’s than the other one on dale is that these guys keep their nuggets under their heating surface so they just sit there and get soggy, it’s supposed to be a “fresh apple pie” but i pay 2.38$ to eat the thing and they are hard as a rock and their fries are always soggy i hate having to ask for cook to order everytime i go just cause i know that their staff isn’t having fresh food get cooked once the hour goes by. . their system always seems to be having a problem let alone when i order their mcflurrys they never mix it i gotta ask for extra m&ms or oreo crumbs just to have it all sit at the top. i show them a code that i have a coupon and then my points go to waste cause they don’t want to call a manager to get something so simple done i just think it’s the little things that make a store such a big difference and a better place
