The people are so rude. I got there on Thursday at around 8:15am and my baby (5 week old) was crying. He needed to be changed so I asked for the bathroom code and the barista asked if I had an order. They don't have a changing table so I changed him in the car. I came in, figured I was already there so my husband and I ordered a coffee. The baby's milk was cold so I asked if I could have a cup with hot water to warm up the bottle. They told me they couldn't do that and could not tell me why. I had to heat up his bottle in the bathroom while running the hot water. This was a simple gesture that could have been provided especially when you see a baby that is sad and crying. People are losing their sense of kindness.

Iâve grown to like this little SB location. I like that I can order in the app and my kids can go in and pick it up in the drive thru or lobby.
Way easier and I was putting gas across the street and felt like getting myself an ice mocha on this morning chilly day.( has to be colder then 30-40degrees outside for me to get a hot mocha lol)
Anyways. Ordered in the app, while I Pumped gas, walked over and picked it up in the lobby. Lady was really nice as she handed me my drink and as we talked briefly about my long commute. Short and simple and kindness . Lobby is clean. Restrooms are clean and itâs rare that I find myself at a SB, but this one I like. (Didnât see this message until I finished my drink and forgot it was a Sat until this message)

I live around the corner and it hasnât failed every time I go to this locationâŚthe barista in the window are always so unfriendly and rude itâs commical.
I now encourage my staff in my real estate office go out of our way to go to a different Starbucks.
I took my daughter yesterday for her birthday to get a refresher and I just shared. Yay itâs her 12th birthday today! and they were so rude and didnât give a hoot at all and it just reminded me why do I come to this location? Iâll be sure to continue going out of our way to avoid this location at all cost

Not only did they take over 10 minutes in the drive thru when I got my drink it wasnât even mixed, clumps of powder on top and the foam was leaking all over the top of the cup. Horrible horrible

Worse Starbucks in the Central Valley Tired of this Starbucks not giving enough cream for my coffee and they know what their doing laughing about it. Fire all of them and when a customer says extra you should put extra.
My siblings and I always come to this location bc itâs down the street from my parents. However this day not only was the employee Jace kind of rude when taking my order, he also handed me my sons cake pop with this message on the bag. I went inside to confront them and all they said was it was most likely meant for a coworker of theirs. I asked for his name but the girl told me she canât give out any names Luckily I already saw his name tag when he walked back to the front. Also as I was walking out the girl yelled âthaaaaaank youâ in a very sarcastic way almost like she was annoyed. . This was on Monday June 30th around 5:30 pm. Totally unacceptable. Not sure how he missed the message when he handed me the bag even if it was a âmistakeâ
I visited Starbucks on Broadway and Curtis, for the convenience of being close to where I live, I was was trying to use my Starbucks app to pay, the App was not working properly, the barista said itâs okay Miss this one is on the house, this made me feel so much better that the customer service been the same since I have been a Starbucks customer since I visited back in the 90âs in Livermore Ca. This just made my day, thank you so very much for your kindness.
All the Starbucks employeeâs I have met has gone above and beyond their level of service to help me and others who love Starbucks like I do, thank you Starbucks!

Normal stop here is always pleasant, except for today.....when I asked for the restroom code, Josh was extremely rude and would not give code, said it was for customers only, I've been a long time customer of this and many other locations...he made me wait while he finished a million things to come open door for me, as an older guy, when it's time to.go it's time to go...somebody needs some customer service training...and learn respect for your elders..
I really like this Starbucks however the parking SUCKS!! They have space for 3 vehicles and 1 handicap spot in their parking lot. Otherwise you have to find parking on the street which is pretty limited and walk around the building, crossing over the drive thru lane to get to the entrance.
