I visited Starbucks on Broadway and Curtis, for the convenience of being close to where I live, I was was trying to use my Starbucks app to pay, the App was not working properly, the barista said it’s okay Miss this one is on the house, this made me feel so much better that the customer service been the same since I have been a Starbucks customer since I visited back in the 90’s in Livermore Ca. This just made my day, thank you so very much for your kindness.

I really like this Starbucks however the parking SUCKS!! They have space for 3 vehicles and 1 handicap spot in their parking lot. Otherwise you have to find parking on the street which is pretty limited and walk around the building, crossing over the drive thru lane to get to the entrance.

Way easier and I was putting gas across the street and felt like getting myself an ice mocha on this morning chilly day.( has to be colder then 30-40degrees outside for me to get a hot mocha lol)
Anyways. Ordered in the app, while I Pumped gas, walked over and picked it up in the lobby. Lady was really nice...
