Disgusting, usually love the place, but the employees keep getting my order wrong, the past 4 times I’ve been, I have been given almond jelly instead of aloe, and I am severely lactose intolerant. This is awful service and I wish they would check the receipts twice. 1/10 will probably not visit

Ordered a matcha milk tea and it tasted terrible. Mixed it really well and every other sip was either too sweet or just bad, meaning the boba was over sweetened. Hardly tasted the matcha. Inside was dirty too, trash everywhere on the ground, trash bins full and hidden away under the counter. Employees never greeted customers and were busy yapping in the back. Management needs to step in keep the place clean and train their employees correctly how to make drinks and interact with customers. Probably the worst boba guys I've been to and they're usually pretty decent.

Went inside 2 people working was with my wife and 2 kids all ready to orderone person was working on phone orders another person came walking out from the back niether employee said they would be right with us waited sbout 5 minutes they were both in the back drinking there own boba drink one of them walked out again and said nothing as they turned around and walked to the back again terrible customer service if i was owner i would have fired the both of them. Good luck at this place

Best boba in my opinion. My drink of choice is the strawberry matcha latte (my husband prefers just the matcha latte). The other drinks are ok but nothing beats the strawberry matcha latte. My son, who is not a boba fan, loves the strawberry fields drink, which is strawberry puree in milk. The spot is small, a little sticky, and has some flies, and you get lots of kids, but the service is pretty good. In our most recent visit, my son accidentally knocked over his drink and the cashier immediately offered to remake his drink at no charge.It's located well and very walkable to others places for a good meal.
The place is overrated, boba is chewy hard and the 'cloud' isn't a cloud as it's getting dissolved right away just like half&half would. There are places that have better boba drinks these days and

I go out of my way to go here - Boba Guys is hands down the best boba I have ever had in my life. I travel extensively and these guys take the cake. Their matcha is the only matcha I like, their strawberry is fresh and delicate, their caramel is perfectly creamy, and their boba pearls have the best texture - springy and soft and slightly sweet. The horchata tastes just like cinnamon toast crunch cereal, and their coffee is rich and flavorful, better than many coffee shops. I have never had a bad drink here or at any of their locations.Is it expensive? Yes. Is it totally worth it? Absolutely! You won’t be sorry for giving it a try.

Boba Guys is hands down my favorite boba. Few other places even compare. Anytime I am anywhere near one, I have to go.I got one of my favorite drinks: the Strawberry Fields. It was fantastic. I also tried some of my husband's Horchacha, which I wished had a stronger cinnamon flavor.The only reason I can't give this one five stars is because the service wasn't good. We ordered well ahead of time and they didn't bother to start making our drink until well after we got there. We might as well have waited in line when we got there because we still waited 15 minutes for our drinks.

Cannot adjust the ice level and sweetness, but the sweet level is good. However, I prefer a stronger tea taste, that's why here is not my cup of tea.
