A wide variety of mochi donuts available that are soft and fluffy. Cute and clean, bright aesthetic. Honestly, one of the few tea/coffee shops in the area that feel like you could sit for a while and no one would care. My NY Resolution is to try a new boba shop every two weeks, so I feel like I'm becoming a tapioca pearl expert. These were really good! Perfect QQ.

We were near here and give this place a try. Place is pretty nice any roomy. Drink is very good. Parking is not too bad.

Love the teas when they're actually made. If you're going to go in the evening, don't place an order online. They don't see that an order has been placed, so they're not made. Happened to me twice already. Place is are understaffed and the worker is too busy cleaning for closing than making drinks.

Drinks were meh. Too much ice in all three drinks we ordered. Too little boba. Ice Coffee was too bitter for me. Strawberry green tea was good, but again too much ice

Milk tea was fine, but when getting refund for breakfast item, they only refunded for item price. They did NOT refund me the associated tax that they charged. BEWARE of this deceptive practice at this location.
