The food was good, but we ordered for drive thru pickup and it took longer than if we would have simply ordered in the drive thru. Sorry eight cars stuck behind us...? However, the order was correct and they honored the T-Mobile coupon with no problems. Polite server.

Last 2 times ordered from their app and totally ignored my extra requests so I paid for extra cheese and bacon without pickles and it was completely ignored. <3 I even mentioned to the guy when I arrived that I asked for these items and I guess he shrugged me off.

Sad to see the male cashier at drive thru had NO MASK on at all though required by law and what lookedLike the manager (manager attire) had her mask only UNDER her Chin the entire time even while scooping my fries. I guess I will microwave all before I eat anything. Disappointed.

I know, it's hard during the Covid, but the wait was really bad, they charged me for more than I ordered, then later they told me they do not have certain item.. and they did not add any sauces for my nuggets and mozzarella sticks.. not going there again.

This has to be one of the worst run BK in miles. First of all, it is literally next to a airplane strip so it isn't accessible, but the did decorate the interior with model planes so it does have that locale awareness. And that's where all the goodness ends. The Whoppers are dry so much that it makes me crave a basic cheeseburger from McDonald's. Fries are bland, onion rings are like cardboard. And despite the restaurant being quite empty, why is it so dirty? And finally, the staff ain't too friendly. This BK really brings down the franchise for me.

I never visit without a coupon in my hand. Even burger joints can get expensive so I always try to make the best of it. They are always putting out coupons in the papers in your mailbox.

It's Burger King. not much to expect, right? Well, yeah. So it's easier to achieve a 4 when you're expecting a 2. And that's probably what happened. Except for one thing. What was it, you ask, dear reader? It was service. I mean seriously.....you can go into a Walmart or Burger King and expect to be treated fairly poorly or, at best, not well. But this was different. We got a smile (yes, at a Booger King as my wife says (give her a break, she's a non-native speaker)), a friendly hello, and quick service. We're vegetarian and she likes the Impossible Whopper so every once in a while, I concede and go into BK. The food was hot (including my onion rings believe it or not) except for the fries (that hurt)! Overall, surprisingly good experience. I wish I got the cashier's name as she was great. The young gal who served us the food was also friendly. She didn't scream in our ears at the top of her lungs "number 448!" She smiled, said have a nice day, and so on. Good stuff.
