Shut off the grill before 10:30 and ran out of peppers and onions had to drive all the way to the other chipotle

Came in today for a steak bowl I notice they had big catering order but no one else was in the store to order just me and they really rust my order and just added half scoop of steak I get it because of the big order but no need to skimp out on the meat and be fast with it.

The people are nice but unfortunately they consistently forget to get me my dressing with the salad. I tried reporting this through Chipotle but if you don't have the receipt you are out of luck. Super lame.

I got food poisoning this time, and the quality of the steak was awful. It seems the food quality varies between locations, which is really disappointing. Chipotle’s quality keeps getting worse every time I visit, and the portions are shrinking too! Also I noticed many times the guacamole is not fresh and tastes weird.

Very stingie with the meat and vegetables asked for a little more and then they tried to charge me double meat. I go there often and feel like I have to beg for a decent size portion of meat so i am not just eating beans and rice

It was cool, but it always seems like they are rushing you through the line. I get it, they have to keep people moving but they are already adding ingredients before I even said I wanted. They are guessing what I’ll going to add and they guess wrong. Then they appear to be frustrated.

I get it fast food is fast, but take a breath and listen to the customer.

They are pichirres here they put very little protein and you tell them please can you put more and they put one more square and they want to charge you double for the chicken

INCONSISTENCY at best, negligence at worst. This location is terrible. The staff is incompetent. ESPECIALLY when there is a rush. I tried bringing up my concerns when in store, and was ignored. Terrible customer service. Where is the manager? Where is the consistency?

I've been coming to this Chipotle location pretty frequently over the past year, and never have I been disappointed. Consistently good quality and consistently large portions. I know that experiences may depend on who you get serving you or how busy the store is, but I've always been very happy with this location after 20+ visits!

The rushing to make the order doesn't help. The portions are way to small and you should be prepared to slow them down or find other food options. I won't need to come back to this location.

Used to go to this location a lot. Unfortunately today I received a very small portion. It was so bad that I thought I must have ordered a kids plate. I will never go back to this location.
