As others have mentioned, this is not a Dickey's location and is only available for online orders. I wasn't aware of all factors until I tried drive there first and order as a walk-in, only to be told the process.
The sides (Brisket Chili and Mac & Cheese) were great. No complaints there. The toast was a simple piece of white bread. But the meat was much like others have described. The pulled pork was very dry, the brisket had a little moisture to it, and the ribs were in the middle. I was able to have the ribs and brisket with no help, but the pulled pork absolutely needed the sauce.
Additional side note: I haven't had Dickey's in a while because the location in my area closed years ago. But, since I was in the area, I wanted to check it out. What was confusing is this location not being a normal location, and while Google Maps shows another location near by in Redwood City, it's not on the website and I couldn't order from them. This should be fixed.

Definitely upscale and the cost comes with that also should be expected it's bbq, well seasoned and great portions but the sides are small.
