I placed an order online with a coupon, I got an email saying my order has been received and everything seemed normal. But when I got there they said they didn't have an order for me because they were not really cooperate Dickey's (whatever that means) and they don't participate in any promotion SO NO FOOD FOR ME!!! Is that even legal? When I asked a couple more questions NICELY, the lady took out a piece of paper that had HANDWRITTEN "DICKEYS CLOSED TODAY" and she asked me to leave. So sketchy, so unethical, so nasty I hope this location goes down, they don't deserve to be around

This is a trap for customers. It's not a real restaurant and they did not fulfill order but took the payment. Pretend cannot cancel and keep telling to call corporate Dickey's. This is the same owner of Ruby Rangoon that contract the kitchen for Dickey's. Don't trust them. I m reporting for bait and switch scam

Please do not order from this place thinking you will get a meal you can eat and enjoy. This food is beyond sub-par. I didn't even bother taking a photo of the fatty, unseasoned, squishy meat. But look at the fries and be warned. These look smoke- or maple- infused. They are not. They are bottom of the batch, oil-drenched, burned, hard nasty pieces of cardboard.

This was the worst Dickey’s BBQ I have ever had. The same super dry meat everyone else is complaining about. The meat was also cold. I initially could not find the place to pick up my order. Like the others said it is inside an Asian restaurant.

Ordered delivery. Took an hour, which was fine. But both kinds of brisket I ordered were dry and tough like beef jerky, not an exaggeration. The baby back ribs were dry too, which is just hard to do. Honestly seems like they gave me day old bbq because even after an hour, it shouldnt be this bad and dry. Barely had any bbq sauce. Its incredible that an employee could send this out as acceptable bbq. I know it’s delivery but I paid $40+ with fees and tips. Shouldve checked the ratings. Save your $.

WORST, I MEAN WORST FOOD EVER!!! We ordered through door dash, and it came quick and hot(some of it) It smelled old from the moment I opened the bag. All, the meats were dry and flavorless..the Mac n cheese is literally better out of a box, the Fries were soggy and cold. The drinks did not arrive! The kids meals came in wrong. Literally I was beyond mad it ruined our dinner and movie night.
I ordered a combo from Uber eats and the sauce was missing. You're telling me I have to eat a bbq combo without the bbq sauce. Are you kidding me.

So I placed an order on dickeys app, pulled up and this wasn’t even a dickeys, it’s an Asian restaurant of some sort. A ghost kitchen. Every single one of our meals was non edible, the meat was so dry that you can tell they don’t use the same products, the chicken was not even the same as the real location uses. The waiter ignored me while he played on his phone. I don’t know who gave this a 5 star, as this wasn’t even worth a single star.

I don't know what these people are saying about the food. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the ribs, French fries, and beans (which I got mac n cheese which was a mistake but I wasn't going to sweat it like these other haters). The ribs had a tasty rub, the original BBQ sauce was good, and the meat fell right off the bones. I don't know what people are saying on these reviews, because my meat was not dry at all. Give them a try and make up your own mind. Not sure about the location since I door dashed my order, but glad I found a place that is good bbq when I'm craving it.
