They literally cannot make a Chai Latte at this location, I don't know what else to say. I've ordered multiple times and it comes back as a cup of milk every time, they don't add any spice. I feel like I'm going insane but they literally don't know how to make a Chai Latte here, extremely incompetent location

This location sucks, the staff get my order wrong every time. I guess they are trying to drive you to order through app because itâs the only way I can get it right. Iâm not sure if this is an absentee owner situation or what but I couldnât imagine a worse customer experience. I only keep returning cause I live across the street so unfortunately itâs just the most convenient.

Whoever owns this location is extremely cheap and could care less about their customers and staff. Opening at 6am is sad for a coffee spot, however forcing a solo staff member to open and then deal with the overwhelming number of orders coming in alone, creating insane wait times, all falls on the owner. It shouldnât take a rocket scientist to profit correctly off donuts, yet here I am telling you that your business is garbage because of how you run it. Sell your franchise to someone who actually cares. This is the ONLY Dunkin in a few mile radius and the owner is still destroying their own business and productivity. Cheap, lazy, gross
