A beautiful new restaurant! It somehow reminds me of Doppio Zero but I like Elia better - welcoming hosts, a nice atmosphere, and friendly staff.

Very racist and rude staff. They had space but told us that we needed reservation. We got a reservation online for 10 min later. We came back with the reservation and they said "doesn't matter, we are full". Most of the tables were empty.

It was the soft opening, so I understand they were still setting things up. Nice staff, and good service. Had them recommended items, and was not upset. Got the baked cheese appetizer and 12 oysters. Beautiful bar, and Mediterranean feel when sitting inside or outside. Will go back again

Great new restaurant. Sat outside on a beautiful fall day. Service was wonderful. Let us have a nice relaxing meal and did not rush us even though it was packed. Sea bass was fantastic, so was beat salad. Nice selection of appetizers.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Elia San Carlos, their third and newest location in the heart of San Carlos. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff provided attentive and friendly service.
The food was outstanding, reminiscent of what we’ve enjoyed at their Walnut Creek and Pleasanton locations, but even better! It’s impressive to see how popular this place already is, even during its soft opening—clearly a testament to its quality. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
