I was visiting the area and found this place on Maps near my hotel. WOW what a find! It was hard making a decision, because everything on the menu sounded great. I got a kefta kebab plate: 3 big pieces of kefta on yellow rice with roasted veggies. It came with a nice salad with lots of finely chopped Persian cucumbers, and a very generous dollop of hummus. Lamb and beef shawarma rice plate $18 - decent. Beef and lamb was decent quality, not too saucy or salty. On a bed of vegetables. Rice was typical. Hummus was terrible. Very thin watered down consistency, strange pinkish color, barely any hummus flavor
Lamb kebob stick $7 - good. Would have been even better if cooked medium rare instead of well done. Quality meat. 4 medium sized pieces served with a bit of onions, pickles, and tomato
