Had an incredible lunch at Impasto in San Carlos! I tried the *Bufalino Panini* with prosciutto and mozzarella, and it was simply outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the prosciutto offering just the right amount of saltiness, and the mozzarella was fresh and creamy.
