Needed to use the restroom. Order my food and ask to use the restroom cashier with the fake lashes said the restrooms didn't work, after she just let a gentleman into the bathroom seconds before me. She said bathroom doesn't work. I told her but that guy just went. She says yeh they don't work. She got my order wrong. I brought it back . I ordered chicken strips. Cook in the back Natalia gives me chicken nuggets. Barely and fries . I was also over charged. By $5

I have to say, out of all the Jack in the Boxes this location is the worst! Food is always cold and stale, service is never good, they are always so slow and never get the order correctly. I rather make a drive to a different location further away than go here. I don't understand why it's always so bad. I decided to give them another chance, and boy do i regret it. But never again.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times, and the service quality has always been mediocre at best. If you order online, be ready to wait an extra 10 minutes, that is if you even get noticed by staff. I’ve tried everything. I order at the restaurant, still slow. Wait literally ten minutes longer than what the app says, still slow. It’s awful. If you like waiting at the counter, this is the place for you
Vegetarian options: The only options are the fries and the plain potato wedges. They’re good when they actually give you them, but I’m glad to see that sometimes they can’t even be bothered to get that right.
