I clearly asked for no meat no ham no nothing he repeated the order stating only egg cheese and bun and still added ham to my Breakfast jack and disrespectfully addressed me as Doña when I never provided name status or ID, we are not neighbors, friends, or associates of any sort so he was just being ageist trying to act like I'm an elder when I'm not and to show no respect adding ham so it's very clear to me it purposeful belittlement. I will not allow it he saw how cute I looked and wanted to cut me down so I will not be returning to this Jack there is no tolerance for misogyny it was the El Camino Jack on Brittan In San Carlos Dec 5th he didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't complain about the ham. I will not be returning to this Jack.

After placing my online order, I was informed that I would need to wait until he finishes cleaning. I would like to file a complaint due to this inconvenience. It is not acceptable that customer orders are processed while the restaurant is actively being cleaned, especially when a team member is engaged in this task.

This fast food place takes foodstamps if you're homeless, so don't think if you see anyone in a bad way there that they are just loitering or begging people.
Mainly Spanish staffed, they treat everyone with respect that I have seen & experienced myself.
That actually says ALOT, especially in fast food businesses here in CA.
Jack in the boxes are becoming few & far between. Keep em alive 🫡

Feels like if I was in a soccer field, the staff communication was so loud and talking and laffing, so loud that I was impressed that I have to wright a review. I got a spy chicken with curly fries and look like leftovers. People dressed in normal clothes taking order, defenily there are not using the corp system, feel bad for the owners. My partner got the same with there French fries and got burn left over to. Definitely not coming back to this place.
