Bless this Jack in the box location for its employees. They’re always providing such great service with speed and a smile. Coming here is my guilty pleasure. For me and my friends, it’s a weekday night getaway here in the burbs. Always looking forward to my next visit

Feels like if I was in a soccer field, the staff communication was so loud and talking and laffing, so loud that I was impressed that I have to wright a review. I got a spy chicken with curly fries and look like leftovers. People dressed in normal clothes taking order, defenily there are not using the corp system, feel bad for the owners. My partner got the same with there French fries and got burn left over to. Definitely not coming back to this place.

Horrible place! They hacked my checking account in drive through, skimmed me for over 200$ for some Nintendo games ! Don't go to this Jack in the Box !

had 5 differwnt sodas to choose from everything else was empty. 3 employees and not 1 clean table and not one customer when I entered. Never helped at counter . Horrible place do not waste your time here

as sat in the drive for longer than average by jack in the box standards.I think they were having staffing issues....and when I finally got my food, those fries were luke warm at best. nearly cold. better luck at a different location.
Needed to use the restroom. Order my food and ask to use the restroom cashier with the fake lashes said the restrooms didn't work, after she just let a gentleman into the bathroom seconds before me. She said bathroom doesn't work. I told her but that guy just went. She says yeh they don't work. She got my order wrong. I brought it back . I ordered chicken strips. Cook in the back Natalia gives me chicken nuggets. Barely and fries . I was also over charged. By $5

I have to say, out of all the Jack in the Boxes this location is the worst! Food is always cold and stale, service is never good, they are always so slow and never get the order correctly. I rather make a drive to a different location further away than go here. I don't understand why it's always so bad. I decided to give them another chance, and boy do i regret it. But never again.
