Service very slow. Waited ten minutes just to place an order while standing in front of cashier with no one in line. So much for a fast food restaurant.

They should have secret shopper twice a week cause the employees here are rude and ask customer from the drive thru to park and bathroom and lobby is always disgusting and refusing to do special order like lettuce wrap they said they cant do that i use to work at jack in the box this is what happened when jack only cared about the speed and pay his employees $12 per hour

so it's early morning. placed my order. stand at counter. order comes up. person behind counter is chatting with another employee. then putting bags away. then chatting with other employee. looks at me. then putting bags away. food sitting there. finally gets it. no trays anymore. a waste of a bag. I'm done with Jack. not the first Time I've stood there while someone preferred to look at phone or chat. Forgot to mention. The manager is right there. He's also spending most of his time on the phone.

I use to work at jack in the box we never ask people from the drive thru to park but no they ask people to park even a small order i just order 2 small curly fries and 2 tacos today 10/31/23 at 3:25pm i ask for terriyaki sauce and there is none food is cold like they were made 10 hours ago i never go to this location because it was the worst jack in the box now since they had different ownership now

The cashier is super rude, she shouldn't even work. We weren't the only ones who treated badly, don't go if you don't want to be treated badly. 0
Every time I try to go to my local Jack-in-the-Box for breakfast, no matter how small the order, they always take my money and make me sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes. To make things worse, no matter how small the order, they always forget one or two items and have to go back into the store. Is this now standard practice for Jack-in-the-Box?

I always come to this location every Sunday, to buy lunch the Jack’s Munchie Meal is the favorite option; but sometimes we bought different meals, like chicken combo or tacos ?
