This location is super clean and well laid out with a few seats, well designed and laid out, tons of free parking, given it's located in a strip mall, across from TJ Maxx and next to a Starbucks. I went in today and was super motivated to get one of their smoothies, parched with thirst and despite it being freezing cold and windy, it really would've hit the spot. I don't know or understand what the latest thing is with so many restaurants and food/drink places where they have menu with boards on top of your head, or the scanning with your phones where you can only read the menu on the phone. I must be old fashioned and showing my 61 years of age because I want and need a real menu, either peper or laminated or something where I can hold, touch and feel it, because it enables me to properly take my time and read it. If I have to squint and strain my already myopic astigmatic eyes with my coke bottle eyeglasses, I'm straining to reas the fine print, and frankly, by the time, I'm done with the heavy lifting of straining just to read th damn thing, I'm done. I'm just freaking done. I don't want the food or the drink anymore, I'm irritated and frustrated with the simple process of ordering which has now become an ordeal and harder than if I'd made the damn thing myself. To be fair, the customer service here was really friendly and helpful but it was just one of those days where I needed a real menu. Geez what a codger I've become.

I wanted to order the Orange Supreme juice but was informed that this location unfortunately doesn't do fresh apple juice onsite, so anything on the national Jamba Juice menu that contains apples is unavailable here. I then asked if they could make it without the apple juice. Sadly another ingredient for that item is carrots and they had run out of carrots today. So I ended up ordering carrot-banana juice with a dash of ginger. The employee was nice enough to let me taste it before he poured it all out of the blender. I also ordered a standard strawberry-banana smoothie for my kid. Both tasted great.Parking: It's a strip mall

If you post that you close at 7:30pm, maybe don't close at 7:15pm? I rushed over to the place, excited there was one open. But I got to the door, and the door was locked, and the person inside just rudely did the "neck cut" motion to wave me away. You lose at 7:30pm. WTF?

Always quick and consistent - the crew changes up a bit, but they are consistently trained as it doesn't matter who I get, they make my favorite smoothies the same way I like them every time.

One word. Wow. I was a little hungry for a refreshing smoothie and I decided to head to Jamba Juice, a usual for me. This time I was pleasantly surprised when a kind gentleman served me. He had a smile on his face and was kind. He did a great job with the smoothie and it was delicious. Great job Joey C! I'll be coming back! I
