This was 3 years ago. My son wanted to introduce me to Korean food. Though he'd never been here we were in the area and tried it. Everything was okay but I ordered an egg over some sort of rice dish. It tasted fine but the egg was very undercooked, a lot of the white was still clear, the yolk liquid. I thought this was normal and mixed it in and ate it. About an hour or so later I got awful cramps and the runs. I felt ill. Was it the egg? Coincidence? I don't know but I don't want to go back. It happens occasionally at any restaurant but I am just turned off to this place. My sons food was fine and he didn't get sick or anything.

Restaurant is closed unlike the information on Google. The owner didn't update it. Wasted my trip.

FYI. They’re currently closed but google still states they’re open. Temporarily closed for renovation.

Korean food that tastes good will be served with a few kimchi, cucumbers, cabbage, bean sprouts, shredded potatoes, etc. before serving. My first meal in San Francisco was at this restaurant. I ordered roast beef and beef and tofu soup, both of which were great. The tofu soup comes with a raw egg. You have to break the egg into the soup bowl and heat it with the residual heat. The bibimbap we had for lunch the next day was also delicious. There was a sunny-side-up egg inside, and Korean hot sauce was also provided, including minced beef, shredded carrots, shredded black fungus, bean sprouts, shredded cucumbers, and mushrooms. wait.

We recently had dinner at Kaya, and my father was very happy with the food, the hospitality and how quickly the food came out. They serve authentic Korean food, ... reminds me of good ole Korean food I ate growing up!

This has to be the worest Korean restaurant I have been to. As a Korean, it's quite embarrassing that a place like this exists. They charge $20 for seafood sundooboo and used cheap seafood value pack you get from asian market. I wouldn't have given 1 star if the taste was good. Avoid if you can.

We arrived at 6pm with 3 kids and 4 adults. We ordered 5 items and an appetizer but they said we had to order one item per person, so we would have to add to the order. We had all had a substantial snack and weren't that hungry; plus the kids just don't eat much and we were all going to share the dishes. We left because the owner insisted we needed to order more. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a restaurant before. We instead enjoyed really good korean food 10 minutes away at Myung Dong Tofu Cabin.

The meat used is Wagyu, but you can eat it with All you can eat.

Vegetarian options: Bibimbab.rice cake soup was really delicious.

Dietary restrictions: I liked that the bibbap was topped with tofu instead of beef.
