This is a restaurant I like—the food is good, and I had dinner here today. I asked if I could get a bit more rice because the portion looked small to me. The staff member only gave me about half a spoonful more rice. The person at the register, I’m not sure if they were the manager, said something in Spanish, and then they charged me for extra rice without asking for my permission. If they had just said they couldn’t give more rice, I would have understood. But speaking in Spanish to each other and charging extra without informing the customer is unprofessional. It’s not about the money—I just didn’t like the way it was handled

It was a straightforward online order for a carne asada burrito. The food itself was really good, not greasy at all. It is perfect when a restaurant does not put too much grease and the tortilla becomes saturated on the bottom. The green salsa had a nice kick to it to complement the burrito. I would come back here again.

I like this place as I can get a hearty vegan burrito. Along with beans, they have a tofu filling. This is also my 6 yo grandson's fave place to eat. He is not vegan So we eat here when I visit San Carlos

Great food!!!! I always go for an al pastor burrito and I’m never disappointed. Large portions always fill me up and never leave me wanting more, and they have fair prices!

Just like the one in SF but with seating, friendly staff that will load you up with extra salsa request and an amazing burrito. Accept no substitute.

We ordered chili Relleno and also a mixed grill platter. Super tasty and generous portion. Staff was super friendly and accommodated me substituting more sea food and no steak for the mixed grill. I’ve been here a few times and is always good. Outdoor seating was very comfortable. Entire place is clean and bright.
i was overcharged and it took 3 people to explain why the price on the menu wasn’t correct, which it was. they corrected the charge but didn’t apologize or admit error ?

Awesome!Bring your appetite or share a dish as the serving size is quite large. The staff is so nice and they hustle. The tacos and platters are awesome. We had a few tacos and a platter.Parking can be a pain in San Carlos so come a bit early and it should be fine. There are usually spots on El Camino down the block.Back to the food, it is quite yummy and they have the standard selection of meats and sea food. I personally enjoy carnitas. The horchata was delicious with the right level of cinnamon.
