It was last year in August that I had a bad experience here at the San Carlos Location. Today I decided (2.25.24) to give them a try and I must say I am very happy about everything. You must patronize this location. It is just good. And the servers are very nice!

Flavorful meat and generous portions for the price. 10/10 recommend.
Use to be my go to burrito and taco place in San Carlos. Just bought a regular chicken burrito and was not anything special, super dry and somewhat tasteless. Shouldn't need upgrading to Super Burrito to get lettuce. Salsa containers they hand out like they were giving away Tesla stock options. There are better alternatives in Redwood City, Chipotle or even Taco Bell.

Went and got a quick lunch. Ordered two tacos with my friend getting a burrito. I ordered carnitas and al pastor with everything on it. Salsa was good and so was the taco itself. Carnitas was decent, however was not a big fan of the Al pastor. No pineapple and extremely sweet; probably would not recommend it, but the carnitas was decent

We ordered taco and burrito. And both turned out very saggy. Sadly, both my husband and me had food poison one hour after the meal. Definitely not come back again
Hard lesson learned too many times... the "hot salsa" is really pico de gallo with jalapeño bits added regardless whether or not it's in your entree or as a side.

My neighbor and I came to try a New Mexican spot. Ordered our food and at the register it's where they over charge. I def won't be coming here again for many of reasons. I order two tacos and it was like ridiculous. This place really screws you with every little added item. I was charged extra for carne asada on my tacos when that was an option on the board and said nothing about extra charged. My neighbor and I both got sick after dinner with some type of food poisoning from this place. Def AVOID!
