Went in for lunch on a Monday, and we were able to order at the counter without a wait. The food tasted so fresh and was very flavorful. Like most places, Lulu's can't guarantee cross-contamination of gluten free items won't occur, but I felt comfortable as a celiac because most things are gluten free aside from the flour tortillas.

Baja themed Mexican serving fantastic food with a lively, outdoorsy atmosphere. If it wasn't for the expensive price (compared to the food you get), I might've even given it 5 stars.Eating at a place like Lulus... you know this isn't your date spot nor for a special occasion. You just want some great tacos and beer and that's exactly what you get. And even if it is in the middle of Laurel street, there is a certain price that you simply cannot cross... $7.75...

A few items I recommend:
1. Chimichangas - Very crunchy and flavorful. Not greasy
2. Taco-dilla with birria - cheesy meaty goodness with the consome. It's perfection.
3. Super burrito - perfect balance in every bite
