A lovely afternoon at LULU's. The food so refined in delicious Springtime bites; the drinks complimenting through individual choices; the staff, warm, friendly, in the present, not over shadowing. Our server was wonderful and the food was delicious! Our only concern was that we were disappointed in the serving size of the lamb loin. When we tried to order another one, the kitchen had already closed.
It was a rainy night so Lulu's patio was closed. We sat huddled with other diners in the roofed part of the restaurant, with the lanterns glowing and the patio heaters keeping out the chill. This lent an air of intimacy to our dining, as did the fact that we often ran into the same lovely diners and waitstaff every visit.
