Mediterranean Delite

I hate to be writing this but I've been coming here a little over 7 years and as of very recently the food and service has taken a dive. The falafels were the best I have ever had, and the hummus was also amazing but as of recently the recipe for the falafels are completely different, almost no flavor or smell and the hummus wasn't much better, lumpy with much less flavor. The service was also nothing to write home about. Probably won't be back.

I feel so bad writing this, but if you’re going thinking it’s the old Mediterranean Delight, folks I’m so sorry, it’s not.

I don’t know what happened. New owner, I’m thinking?

All the recipes are different.

We’ve been coming to Mediterranean delight since 2009 and I’m so heartbroken.

To the new owners credit, the texture of the falafel was on point it was just the inside had NO flavor. Same with the hummus. Texture was good, but no flavor.

I had to take a pic of the tabouli because it’s literally just parsley with two small strips of cucumber??? I pushed it around to see if maybe it was hidden but nope, just parsley.

If you’ve never been to the old MD, maybe this would be fine, but if you KNOW, then this is a disappointment.

Lunch with friends, had the beef and lamb schwarma wrap. Tasty and inexpensive. We will be back!

Not the most elegant joint but the food is authentic, fresh and delicious. Occasionally a fellow at the front has been grumpy, but worth it once I sit and eat. I have had catering done and they were awesome.

Absolutely delicious!
Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and fast. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys Mediterranean food!

Ordered the Falafel Plate. Service was quick but food was at most average. Not sure how this place has such high ratings. Portion size fairly small, falafels were cold and pita was cold and hard. Salads and hummus were average.
