As our company travels all over north America we find cool and fun places to eat. After a long day of work we stumbled upon Molly O's. What an absolute treat of a location. The food was absolutely delicious and our server Abigail was so sweet and attentive. When it comes to food.. im trying to convince everyone while still sitting at the table to come back tomorrow night after work again. The sheppards pie, even if not made with mutton was absolutely fantastic. The fish and chips were seasoned so well and were perfectly crunchy. The spicy Irish was equally delicious. If I get my way tomorrow night we will return again so that I can have my own shepards pie all to my self hah.
Update Feb 06 - I have managed to make my way back to Molly O's to indeed have my own sheppards pie! I also had their bread pudding which was also delicious. Our server today was Nicole and she was lovely. When our company makes it back to this area again we will be returning here!

What a great place! I went for the first time tonight to watch the 49ers game, and the entire experience was fantastic (except that the Niners lost). A huge, huge shout out to Allie who went above and beyond to accommodate all of us, and she did it with a big smile and a wonderful, kind energy. This is now my favorite place, can’t wait to go back again!

Came here to watch a 49er game and love how you can hear the game commentary. Lots of Irish options on the menu. Had the nachos which was different because it has corned beef and not ground beef. Very attentive staff who make sure you got what you need without having to holler. I like the family history in the menu.

This place has the worse food in san carlos and that's saying a lot! Corned beef sandwich was all gross. I took 2 bites. That lamb nibbles sucked. I will never come back! I work across the street at a real estate brokerage and implore my colleges to never visit.!

If you haven't been to Molly O's you are missing out on really good food and the friendliest place in town. The menu is a great mix of American fare, along with tasty Irish standards. Salads are great, and the Paddy Melt is a favorite of mine... but then so is the Shepards pie. All the staff are friendly and you always get a smile. You really should give it a try!
Fantastic Irish pub. Great food and they serve breakfast all day. The food is great the Shepard’s Pie is amazing. Good choice of whiskeys, and they fortunately know how to build a proper pint of Guinness.

Starting with Service by kelly Ne. Very nice, helpful and attentive. Great Old fashion by ink keeper, potato skins and delicious Fish & Chips with very delicious coleslaw and fries. First time in there but definitely coming back and recommending it to family and friends.
