This review is solely for the service. I pre-ordered 5 dozen bundtinis from this quaint location. When it was my turn at the register, I told the woman behind the counter that I had placed an online order but I'd also like to get a bundlet. She rang me up for the bundlet then went back to get the rest of my order. Everything was great until... By the time she came back, I had found a congrats greeting card I wanted to get for my colleague and asked her to ring me up again. She quietly uttered, "JESUS CHRIST" under her breath as she tried hard not to roll her eyes. She was upset that I wanted her to ring me up for one more thing. I get that she's busy, but I should have her undivided attention like any other customer. She told me not to stack more than 2 boxes for my bundtinis, left them on the counter and almost went on to help another customer when I asked her for a bag. She went in the back and I heard her frustrated asking a young girl to help me instead because she was too busy doing something else. I mean, I spent $150+ here and you can't even give me a bag to carry 5 dozen cupcakes out?

My first disappointment was when NBC stopped, carrying the marble Bundt cake option -- which was my husband's favorite. The store person cited that it was too expensive to make. We still continued coming back because the other flavor options were okay. However recently, I was surprised to see how small the bundtlets have gotten! The cakes used to fill the entire plastic container, with the frosting sometimes even sticking to the lid. Now, the cakes barely go past where the container lid begins. Too bad the portions have gotten significantly smaller, and no longer a good value. We've since been going to other bakeries for our sweet treats.

I usually order an 8" cake. We measured it. it's 7.25" and the height is only 2.5". Disappointed at how small this is for $32! Not sure who does quality control over there. They should have standards.

We ordered 48 cupcakes for 28 guests, but there were no leftovers because of how good they were. It was also very easy to place an order (we went in-person), and we didn't have any issues picking it up.

My go to for cupcakes. I enjoy how it is not super sweet. I order it online and pick it up for work. Got lucky last time getting a mini bundtini for a birthday. They do get busy and sell out. I like this better than susie's because it's not as sweet. Lemon... carrot... yum! Parking is not the greatest as it's a downtown street plus some spots are blocked off. Plenty of party celebration item as you walk into the store.

Nothing Bundt cakes are my favorite sweet. I just moved to the area and I was glad to see one close by for my random cravings.... Today I visited for the first time and asked for a box of bundtinis. They didn't know if they still had them, fine. They came back and said they only had 6. And I had follow up questions and it appeared a box of bundtinis was a new concept. They were understaffed, and it took a long time for them to get the cakes ready. I got home and dead center is a bundtini with a giant black hair in the center cake.... So overall 1 star immediately. I threw that one away and looked at the rest. The bundtinis seemed old. Usually they are a nice moist cake, but the bottoms of these cakes were rock solid???? A few looked picked apart and the icing smeared. Disappointed I can't get the usual quality in my favorite cake stop.

I walked in for the second time to San Carlos Bundt Cake at 9:30 am to purchase 2 Lemon Bundlettes. When I came in the young cashier asked what I would like, I mentioned 2 Lemon Bundlettes. The store showed in the glass display 4 lemon Bundlettes, and she pulled out 2 of the bundlettes and was about to bag them until I mentioned that I had a coupon she then pulled back the Lemon Bundlettes and told me that they had a shortage of lemon Bundlettes and that she would need to give me a coupon to come back next week for the Bundlettes. I could not believe that the San Carlos Nothing Bundt Cake store would treat anyone this way when I came in the week before and they where out of Lemon Bundlettes then. I felt discriminated against, because I had a 2 for 1 coupon. To me this was not acceptable after I wasted my time twice to drive to this location. This needs to be investigated. If you had a shortage then you should never display the bundlettes in your shelves let alone offer them, and then take them away. I have been coming to this store for over 8 years, I can't believe that it has come to this what a disgrace.
