I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. We visited this restaurant on Wednesday after new years hoping to enjoy a nice meal, but unfortunately, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff barely paid attention to us, and we had to wait an unreasonably long time to be served. When they finally did, they were rude, which left a very unpleasant impression. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The UKRAINIAN borshch is the best soup in the world. SLAVA UKRAÏNI (glory to Ukraine)

The waitress she was really nice, thanks to her ❤️ Thanks to the chef 👍🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻❤️ Out of the desserts the Napoleon was our favorite! Everything we ordered was delicious, no doubt. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I recommend this place! When we come back to San Jose we will definitely coming back here to eat.

Very authentic delicious Kyrgyzstani food. Wonderful atmosphere too - we saw some babushkas having a fun party here too.

The service is lame, the desserts are not tasty, the portion is small for the price, it used to be better. Now prices have increased and portions have become smaller👎.

Idk why people are tripping about the cost. A lot of people are complaining that they had to pay around 100$ for their food, Hello, wake up, it is SF, prices in SF are high. They have to pay for rent, for labor, they have to pay their merchants, they also have to pay taxes, in case you forgot. Nothing is free in America!
Me and my husband sometimes pay 200$ and more for nigerian food and yeah portions are small too.
If you want manty or lagman you either buy it for around 50$, or you cook it yourself a whole day long!

This was a nice change of pace for us. They've got a take out counter for their desserts and sides and then a long dining area for sit downs. The service was good and the food came out quickly. If we needed anything, we could press the button at the end of the table. Had cafe vibes and the food was good though some dishes could've been more seasoned. No biggie since there's condiments at the table for that. Overall, had a pleasant dinner and wouldn't mind stopping by again for takeout

The meat I have ever eaten in my life was the worst food, it had no taste, no salt, the employees did not know what they were doing and it was very expensive, I definitely do not recommend it, very very expensive and bad food 🫵🤮🤮👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Incredibly delicious Russian food. The food here is homey, and fresh tasting. The pelmeni are delicious, as well as the plov, carrot salad, cheburek, and beef in clay pot. We loved everything we ordered, and we were happy with the portions as well. To top it off, the service here is very good and the waitress is sweet and attentive.

I visited this restaurant in San Francisco because my friend recommended it, but I was very disappointed. The host girl was rude, looked at us like we came for free food, and didn’t even smile. We ordered Manty, Lagman, and Borscht. The Manty was so dry, even though they put some liquid on top to try to make it juicy. The Borscht didn’t taste right – it wasn’t sour like we’re used to in other places. Plus, the prices were so high for what we got. Overall, not a good experience.
