Nice place for a quick bear

We wanted a light lunch, and since this place serves beer and food, we decided to go there.
The food was pretty bad. We had an empanada and a flatbread pizza. The empenada filling was tasty, but the dough was hard and very dry, making for very unpleasant eating. The flatbread pizza tasted like the cheapest of grocery store frozen pizzas.
The selection of beer was nice and nicely poured.
Honestly, I'd rate my experience higher if they didn't serve poorly-made food. They say outside food is welcome. So, if you're hungry, don't come and expect to get something to eat. Bring some takeout and enjoy the nice set of beers.

Went by on a hot evening and sat outside. Food was from a pop up that served sushi that went well with a brew. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We tend to go to breweries over beer halls, but this place has an excellent selection on tap and an even better selection in cans. I’ve gotten great beers from Colorado and the east coast here that are otherwise either not available or onerous to find in California. Definitely worth your time, especially if the food truck of the day interests you!
Nice place to have a beer and wait for the train. A little pricy but good choices of beers. They also have 4 packs to go.
The crew was very nice and friendly.

Avoid at all costs. Racist, xenophobic business. The bartenders discriminated service to my husband and I because of our identities despite our legal age and right to buy alcohol in this state.I understand the need for legal compliance and checking all identities, but NEVER before have I experienced such condescension and disdain in refusal of service. I've never been publicly humiliated and laughed at before and on the verge of tears until my interaction with their highly unprofessional bartending staff. Seriously, what an embarrassment and no way to run a business. Shame on you!

Great vibe, friendly staff, 32 taos and bottle service. Can't miss until it gets too popular. Right of the Caltrain stop. Perfect location. Outdoor seating too. Dog friendly.
