I was really disappointed. The products have nothing to do with Paris, despite the branding. The coffees were overly milky, and the flavored ones had a strong artificial taste. Definitely not what I expected.

I went in on Mother’s Day. I ordered and paid for a Mom’s favorite chocolate raspberry mousse cake to be picked up on Mon. I called back and asked to have ‘Happy Birthday Linda’ written on the cake. I went back on Mon to pick up the cake. They gave me a cake that had a Happy Mother’s Day sign on it. There was no one in the store that could write Happy Birthday Linda on the cake. I got a day old cake for over $40. Not good.

I have nothing but glowing reviews for Paris Baguette! The coffee shop is so pretty and the pastries are so delectable! We get all our birthday cakes from here. You must try the Chocolate Hazelnut Nutella or the Salted Caramel cake when they're both in season! Truly best cakes in the Bay area.
Its always amazing when the staff are so helpful and friendly. The Manager Leah is just amazing She's so welcoming and professional and goes above and beyond and that's why we're so loyal to Paris Baguette ❤️
