unfortunately, for about 3 or 4yrs ago the bakery changed its pastry recipes, the "style" looks the same but the texture is major subpar, the pastries used to be a wonderful buttery flaky layered dough... NOW it is dense & bready & NOT pleasant to eat. I tried again for what will now be my last time yesterday & just can not enjoy this subpar pastry style. They need to remove the "PARIS" from the restaurant name. Nothing about this represents French style patisserie.
On the positive side the chicken salad sandwich is very good. My daughter likes the rainbow cake slice. The restaurant(s) are clean, well set-up, especially self service & pleasant dining areas & al'fresco.

Parking: parking can be a bit of a challenge at peak times, & overall not a lot of parking.

Kid-friendliness: lots of kid friendly food items. spacious dining area. casual family feel.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA accessible, except the entrance has NO electronic door & NO staff to help open the door. Spacious inside. with accessible dining area.

All about the esthetics but horrible quality. We got a cream cake and found it inedible. The icing tasted like crisco was used in the cream. So gross. Never again.

Very fresh pastries, better than a few other branches which I had tested before.

The seating area is nice and clean. The chicken sandwich was good. The frappe was below average. The service was poor. The guy had an attitude when I asked him questions. I ordered a drink but he disappeared so had to ask the female staff member to help. Probably won’t come back.

I liked the place was surprised that there’s a PB in this area when I was visiting the next door ice cream shop. It was clean and has nice comfy atmosphere but as any other PB in the bay area the food is not fresh compared to PB in NJ or NYC. I think they bake the pastry once or twice a week for the whole week and for sure this downgrade the whole experience for sure. That’s why I gave the food 3 Stars

It’s a self service bakery, perfect for a quick bite. Loved the quite ambiance and delicious bakery item. Fruit pastry and strawberry croissant were so delicious and appetizing. Highly recommended

I know as a fact they have knives with matches, but the first person said no, and the second person gave me. I bought a cake for 50 dollars, but they seem to refuse giving me a bag for it initially. Very strange

Everything is highly processed and over sugared. Go elsewhere, don’t poison yourself.

They have nasty ingredients for their packaged pastries like cheap sweeteners. I don't know about their freshly baked ones but I wouldn't get anything there anyways

Food was ok. They warmed it up but when i ate it, it was still cold on the inside. Also, had to wait really long for my drink. And quite a some of the bread selection were gone .

Parking: Free parking for 2 hours.

Wheelchair accessibility: Whilechair access are provided. They keep the aisle clear and wide enough for wheel chairs to pass.

This is a regular hangout for my friend and I as we love the pastries, and coffee. Sadly, when we went yesterday, it took awhile to just make 2 drinks, and after telling the guy we want very light ice, he made it with regular amount so he had to redo them. Not too big of a deal - other than the long wait but then then the toilet was pretty dirty. The uncomfortable part was that the whole place was so cold! They need to really adjust the temperature when it's not that warm outside. We couldn't sit outside cuz it was breezy and chilly, hoping the inside would be warmer, but it wasn't....
