Deep dish pizza was great and server was extremely attentive and friendly. Being on Laurel Street means the parking situation is less than desirable, and the restroom access is a bit weird with the key and you have to go outside to get to it.

Server didn't even know what a Pino noir is.They added airhockey in the back and the constant banging makes you want to leave.If you must have their pizza, order takeout. Good deep dish. This place used to be a great premium pizza place, but it seems to be going downhill. The last time I was there, the interior was uncomfortably frigid, one person's pizza arrived before the starters and the other was cold on arrival. We had to flag down the servers multiple times for the same request, the restrooms were inaccessible, and the food just wasn't as tasty and fresh as it used to be.

Fantastic Chicago "stuffed" deep-dish style pizza. This is the type of pizza with a wheat crust with an extra layer of dough on top of the toppings, typified by Giordano's in Chicago. (Bay Area locals may be familiar with this style at Zachary's in Berkeley.)

The worst service I’ve encountered in San Carlos. Really disappointed that Louis and the girl he was working w (curly/bushy hair) were the most inattentive servers I’ve ever had. Our kids food came out cold. Took it back to come back a few mins later heated up from the microwave. Pizza was decent but a courtesy to let you know there’s an up charge $5 each side to split pizza toppings. Very disappointing. Was never given refills or checked up on to see how the food was or if we needed anything else. Don’t waste your money!

Kind of loud. Good deep dish pizza. If you are ordering online, be careful that you check the ingredients closely. We tried to get a vegetarian pizza and it was filled with sausage.
The Chicago Ultimate deep dish was good. Not that many deep dish pizzas available in this area, missing Windy City...

We used to go to the Palo Alto location but this is so much nicer. Open and airy space along a pedestrian street. If it was summer I would have stayed for a strollWe always order a large so we have leftovers for lunch the next couple days

High quality Chicago style pizza! From the dough to the sauce to the toppings, all really high quality. Good place to meet friends, have drinks, and watch a game. Seems great for larger parties too. Was a little quiet for a Tuesday evening, but I chalk that up to post pandemic in a smaller town.

We ordered deep dish pizza expecting the signature deep dish and what came to the table was not the signature deep dish Patxi’s advertises. Still not sure if we were supposed to order “stuffed crust” or this location somehow managed to flatten the pizza.
