Not sure what was going on today.. 8/28- I’m new-ish to Peets. This is probably my 5/6th time trying it out. It’s been good! (Obviously) Been here a few times due to its location close to my job. Usually mobile orders are ready in a timely manner. However today, I had to wait over 25 mins for my mobile order that I ordered at 4:00pm and I did not receive my order until 4:27pm.. I waited inside for 15 mins and not once was acknowledged. Finally went up to a worker and asked about my mobile order and was told they hadn’t started it yet. All orders AFTER me were ready and those people were taken care of.. what a disappointment and waste of time. I was late to my appointment because of a 27 minute wait for my mobile order… ridiculous!

I had a couple cups of coffee to pick up fpr a friend and I and I was helped by the most kind barista I have encountered in quite a while. I had 2 Havana Caps. which were new drinks to me. I have orderd that same drink several times since and have not had one come close! I believe it was on 7/4, the 4th... (near close) I will not continue to order a dissapointing $$$ cup of coffee that will not be near the same! Thank you Cecelia...♡♡♡!!!

I usually like to pre-order my drinks and this location opens at 6am. When I went to order at 6am, even waited until 6:10 I was unable to order on my app. Then when I arrive to order in person others have their orders ready. I asked another customer how they were able to ride and they said easy, they just ordered in their app. This can be frustrating to a person who likes to prepare for everything and who scarce for time.

I got an iced vanilla latte and is was so good and very creamy! However, it was not sweet, like at all, when I first sipped it, so I had to ask for more vanilla. Regardless, coffee flavor was bright and unique.

These are absolutely terrific people. The current baristas and staff truly know how to make genuinely good and well crafted coffee. The service is top notch if you ask me, I think the service is fantastic. A welcoming vibe when you walk in, and an authentic, alternative and charismatic staff make all of the difference. I hope that the current staff that is providing great service as of recently get raises and that the current and new customers tip cash when they know that they are getting good coffee or great service or both. I hope to see more coffee shops with this kind of atmosphere and staffing more often.
I am just warning you, about how amazing these people are, I can’t handle it, I can feel myself craving Peet’s coffee again, this is, well, interesting to say the least. Is this healthy? Probably.

This is my favorite coffee shop. The employees are very friendly, the coffee is fantastic, the food is great and its always clean. Outdoor tables are nice, also.
