This is my first time writing a Google review, because the dining experience was really disappointing. I ordered a bowl of pho and was enjoying my meal when the server suddenly brought me the bill while I was still eating. I noticed that other customers who arrived earlier were also still eating, but none of them were given their bills. The food was average, but this behavior really left me disappointed.

We didn’t even get to eat at the restaurant. The restaurant said it opens at 10:00 am and it was already 10:17 and they won’t let us in. The waitress couldn’t speak English.

⭐️ If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience ever. We should’ve left as soon as we got our drinks — one of us asked for hot water, but got a cloudy, lukewarm glass of tap water instead.

The pho was awful — no aroma, no flavor, and the meat tasted spoiled. The Bún Gà looked like it had been sitting out for days, completely dry and unappetizing.

The “fresh” coconut water was a joke — watered down with tap water and served with freezer-burnt coconut meat. The only remotely okay thing were the egg rolls, but they were clearly store-bought and refried.

Even the inside of the restaurant was unappealing — dull, neglected, and depressing. Everything was overpriced and inedible.

This place should be embarrassed to call itself Vietnamese food. Save your money, your stomach, and your time — don’t eat here!

Love the soup there. Had a hard time to communicate with the male waiter, overall pretty good.

The food is very delicious and the portions are good size. A little bit overpriced in my opinion but everything is expensive around us so i understand. I think i will go back again.

Simply the best pho on the Peninsula! This is a very casual restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and staff and a video screen that shows authentic food preparation scenes from Vietnam. The service can at times be a little overwhelmed, because at dinner times they tend to be a little busy. But they are always pleasant and the food is fantastic and a good value at today's prices.

Overpriced food and pho has very little flavor, vegetarian pho broth especially had no flavor at all - it tasted like water.

Need to make an effort here for vegetarian or else just don’t have it on the menu.

Also had beef pho which was just okay and not worth the price.

Little pricy for their smallest size pho but I understand with the current inflation. Veggies are lacking and I usually ask for extra onions but they charged me 1.50 for it. I wanted some extra ice in a cup and then they said the ice machine was suddenly out of order. I'm pretty mellow when it comes to eating out but this time put me over the edge...
Ordered regular 13 and at 16.95 at least throw me in some extra onions and dont tell me to back up from the checkout station like we still need 6 feet distance like covid. Last time I come here, good luck.

Food was ok. Portion was super small compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, and it is expensive. A small bowl of chicken (not much chicken) soup ended up costing me $20.

I used to come here every week, but during my recent visit, we had an issue with our dish. Unfortunately, the owner responded by yelling and using inappropriate language toward us. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning.

We went in before the end of the shift, so staff was kinda hurrying us and wouldn’t allow us to have desert even though we ate a full meal! It was wonderful food though!
