DON'T GO HERE! Once again ... they are using cardboard-like pizza dough instead of the original Round Table dough, and it's a total rip-off. Save yourself the disappointment and find a place that values quality ingredients and their custoners. Your taste buds will thank you later!

Don't Go Here - Fake Pizza! My friend bought 2 lg pizza yesterday and they were made with NAAN bread! It had no flavor! We were once loyal customers but will never go back again. Called manger to tell her and she did not believe what we had to say. Good Bye FAKE RTP you lost a loyal customers and family. Stop ripping off your customers! Do Better!

Firstly, I was having a ton of issues with placing my order via the roundtable website, unsure if my order actually went through and if my free twists promo was applied appropriately. I called the store and the woman (Sophia?) who answered was incredibly kind, immediately asked me how my day was (which threw me off in the most positive way). She then put a man (who I believe to be the store manager or owner?) on the phone with me and he was able to sort everything out quickly and seamlessly. When I went to the store to pick up my order, I was warmly greeted and treated with top notch service. Also, the pizza and twists were delicious. Thank you round table San Carlos, looking forward to coming back soon!

Place sucks after an hour waiting for the pizza never got delivered totally ruin the night

Not going back to this Round Table. Ordered a specialty pizza but they gave me a cheap Totinos style disgusting mushroom pizza. They do not care and are very used to people telling them the pizza is wrong. I say I am never coming back and they say ok, I understand. Pretty jaded attitude. Threw the pizza in the trash and lost $40
Began order 3 hours before everything was still incorrect. Female mgr gave me order w/twists -6/ranch dressing, large 2 topping pizza to be delivered. I have never had a problem in 20 yrs. arrived at 7pm (order was placed at about 5:30pm) The order was missing the free twists, I did not sign & driver left.) Called them & asked for female mgr, said she left & SAM took call. He said order was correct & new pizza w/twists & ranch would be delivered at no cost & he would credit my account. Then dropped call and called back and added he would pay for my order as long as I never come back. Got order 2 hours and 30 min later. Sam delivered & I said I am posting poor review & he said fine I don't care!

Just had my pizza delivered,and this pizza is excellent.The last couple of times I ordered pizza from here it has been exceptionally good.Ive always like the pizza from San Carlos Round Table,but this time it's very very good.

I hope this is for the round table pizza in San Carlos! If it is then Lisa is the reason I go to that round table pizza. She has a wonderful personality and always makes me feel welcomed. The pizza is the best around in my opinion. So if your reading this then go and buy your pizza from Lisa! She's the best!

I love round table. I used to order from Menlo Park but had a weird experience there recently. I gave them another shot but ordered at this location. The staff is friendly, but the ingredients didn't taste fresh. Please check your ingredients they taste stale.
