I had high hopes for this place and it really let me down. It's a nice big sports bar that has great potential. The food was okay at best. We came in before closing but were told that they close early if it's slow so they only let us order apps. Everything was lackluster. The marinara was so sweet it just tasted like tomato candy. The drinks were okay but nothing notable. We wouldn't come back based on our experience.

Great food and drinks. Wonderful place to watch sports

Waitress didn't know what "bourbon neat" meant and ignored my order. Bar tender wouldn't serve it to me and put it on the dinner tab. Even after explaining it to the waitress, she couldn't handle it and thirty minutes later the bar tender came to the table to ask what I wanted.

Worst experience ever costumer service wasn’t great you could tell by there facial expression they were frustrated tips themselves too much food is mid habit it better lowkey don’t recommend. The only plus is they have tvs so you could watch games

I have always loved sneakers. Dating back to their time on San Carlos Ave, I have nothing but fond memories of the restaurant and the old decor there. The new location provides an expansive space, tons of TVs and great food. I had the fish and chips for the first time and was so happy. They didn't leave me with that weighted down feeling that sometimes comes with overly oily fried fish. Sneakers rocks

Hours listed as closing at 10. Went there at 9:15 on Wednesday and the host at the front callously told me that they’re closed. When I said that they might want to update their hours online the hose just said “ok”. I walked away saying to myself “***** as I got in my car. Came in yesterday (Thursday) at 8:38 and again they’re closed. I saw someone else and got him to open the door and asked him what was going on. He said that the restaurant now closes when they get slow. Steve (owner), if you read this just know that this policy of closing when it gets slow is going to cost you your reputation and become a cyclical downturn of your business. Even though I know you personally I won’t be coming back ever again and I’ll steer everyone I know away from this place. It’s a shame to see you go this route.

The food was good, service was fast and friendly. Solid place to have a night out and some good food with family and friends.

Great place for a game or just hanging out. Burgers here are excellent and it has a full bar and some good beers to choose from. Big parking lot just a block away.

While it can be difficult to find a sports bar with as many TV's and as many craft cold beers on tap, the measure of service and management makes this locale a less than ideal choice. I came in on a Sunday at the start of the 49ers game and chose a table top as the bar was full. I was greeted by a server 15 min into having sat and gave my order. I recieved my beer and food within a reasonable amount of time but hereafter things went awry. Shift change came and my new server was nowhere to be seen. As it was just myself, I got up to use the restroom and my table was bussed, including the food I wished to take to-go. I litterally could have walked out the back and no one would be the wiser. Now I am sitting here nothing in hand and no service for the last half-hour. I begin to ponder..., "Am I Invisible? Have I found myself in a world between worlds?"... help anyone?

I always pass by this place When I'm in San Carlos, but today I decided to give it a try. The place has a really fun atmosphere. TVs everywhere with sports, cartoons, cooking shows... anything you want. I think it's fun to have a TV at your booth too! It's definitely very loud in there with all the TVs going on at once, so just keep that in mind. Food was okay. I got the chicken tacos and they were pretty good, but not the best I've ever had. The pomegranate margarita was delicious but very strong! There's a wide variety on the menu so there's something for everyone on the menu. Give it a try!

Sneakers seems like a cool place to come watch a game but don't come here for the food or the service. I ordered a hefe and the black and bleu burger. Whoever poured the beer did a terrible job because I got a lot of foam so my drink ended up being more flat than it should have been. The burger was good and it came heavy with blue cheese. However, the bun ended up being soaked and easily fell apart as a result. Also double check your bill before you check out. We had an item we didn't order and they kept mistaking our table with another.

This place use to be good when it was in its original location. But in its new location the staff is horrible. The bartender Willie is the worse. He will say one thing and do another. The staff is u professional, dress messy, is rude, does not have manners, does not say your welcome, they act like your doing them a favor and have no service etiquette. The owner Steve should be there watching the staff and bartender because the old staff was the best and this staff is so unprofessional and rude to patrons that have been hardcore supporters from the old location. I have to unfortunately put a star but the rating is Zero. It took forever for someone to take our order. The staff did not know the menu when I asked if something had pico. If Noel was there from the old staff he would have know. He knew the menu and was so polite. I would give zero stars. I loved this place in 2005 u til they moved. I have been here multiple times but no more and not recommending it my out of town friends, coworkers, organizations, acquaintances and friends. I tried many times to see if things would change but no. Today and yesterday was the worse experience still Willie and the girl that is suppose to be at the front seating people but instead she hangs by the kitchen snacking on food and listening to gossip. Unprofessional.

My friends and I used to laugh at how expensive this place was. "I haven't spent $40 for dinner in a while, want to go to sneakers?" was the joke, but we did it once in a while anyway for a beer and a wrap close to home. We went back recently and learned that everything on the menu is now EVEN MORE expensive. The food's not even good. Come on people... Looks like unfortunately I won't be coming back here.
