It was closed for seating. My oat latte tasted terrible, as if the oat milk was bad. I got two croissants for my kids, one was fine and the other looked like a piece of bread, not at all a regular croissant.

Refused service because I had two dogs in a stroller. One was a senior, and the other a service dog. Refused service because both dogs were not service. Never been refused from a Starbucks before, especially since both dogs were in a closed stroller.

Rude closing girl, cashier (male) was ok, she wasn’t welcoming, we were the last clients, got two (flavorless drinks) and while I was deciding between two cups (she kept saying that they were closing in a minute, I heard her the first time, told her that “we were leaving”. I literally paid at 8:30 p.m. for my second purchase, finally on my way out she was making faces and being rude, very poor costumer service so disappointing experience. And I ended paying 30+ bucks a a scratched cup, which I’m returning asap.

I was travelling and decided to pop in to see the difference between Starbucks in Canada and Starbucks in the US… yeah wow I was shocked at the behaviour and attitude of the baristas who were working. Extremely rude and disrespectful to me and other customers. The young lady working was audibly complaining about doing her job and overall seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there. It’s quite sad how annoyed she was at doing her job. I hope she can find a job she enjoys or at least learn to not take it out on customers. I will not take my business here for the rest of my trip.
