While I normally order off the Value menu, I splurged and tried the $3.29 Cheesy Melt Steak burrito and I have to say it is worth it. This staff is very efficient with mobile dine-in orders and they have the cleanest dining room, I’ve seen. My only reason for a 3 star is their AC is off or broken at 12:45pm so a bit stuffy in here.

You have to order through the kiosk and you have to scroll through different tabs to see different menus. Not a pleasant experience.
Whatever I ended up selecting through the kiosk sucked. I ordered some type of burrito and a taco for $12. It was pretty gross and I ended up cooking instead.

It’s not the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. The man who took our order was a bit rude and the food was not good. I ordered nachos and it’s like they hardly put any of the toppings on it any more. There were like 5 tomatoes, very little cheese. It was just a whole bunch on plain chips. And the sauce packets he gave us so little. We had to tell him twice that we want more sauce.

I was going to get a package from the driver at 00.50 in the morning. Although it was ready, the male staff did not give me the package and insulted me. When I wanted to get the package, he said he would call the police. I left so that the cars behind me would not wait longer. Watch the camera footage and give the necessary punishment to this staff.

The last 5 times I've ordered a breakfast crunchwrap and added nacho cheese they never add nacho cheese. Today is the last time. I specifically said hey can you make sure they add nacho cheese please, and still none. I'm done with this location.
