Found glass piece in the ice cream. I would not recommend buying from here. We were shocked with this and when we went back to report the complain, the staff was extremely rude and did not cooperate.

He deserves a raise!

We left our food unattended and they accidentally threw it away but then they made us a whole other batch for free 🥹 The food is delicious too, we’re going to come back for sure ♥️

Not comfortable or cozy, but acceptable. Crepe was mid. Staff was nice. Open later than other options in the area. Lots of HS kids apparently reuniting when we were there.

Food was fine, it took 20 minutes for them to prepare my crepe, multiple people walked in after me and ordered and got there orders first, they need to work on their speed.

We are so glad we found this crepe place and we love coming here! Their savory and sweet crepes are delicious and the ingredients they use are fresh and high quality! Most importantly they have buckwheat gluten-free crepe option. The staff and the owner are friendly and kind.

They are one the only restaurants open until midnight in San Carlos serving a variety of desserts.

They have milk tea which is a tad on the sweet side, but it is nice that they have decaf tea but no lactose-free options.

I would stick to their crepes and mini-pancakes which were fun to have!

They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and service is relatively fast. You can order at a kiosk or in-person.

They lost my order and kept dismissing me when I asked them for it saying it’s coming when they didn’t have my receipt in their queue. Ended up waiting over an hour for my crepe. I kept asking them when mines will be made but they kept saying there’s a backlog although it’s clear I stood in front of them for a whole hour whereas later customers got served before me. Extremely dismissive staff who can’t be a bit flexible. They wanted to push my order to the end of the backlog although I’ve already waited an hour. They are terrible at communicating what is happening with my order too.

Waited for an hour, they lost our order and tried to gaslight us for it. Had to call management for a while instead of just making the order from our receipt ?. Happened to three other customers, all had to argue for it. It’s just basic customer service folks, use some common sense. I was about to give up, go home hungry and issue a chargeback for credit fraud.

Crepe itself was fine. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse.
